HORRIBLE COMPANY do deal with!!!!
If I could give no stars I would! Rented with them for almost 7 years at Georgian Gardens. A pipe burst in our basement in the middle of the night and kept us up for hours. Fire department, management no one could figure out how to turn the water off. Finally after almost 2 hours... they did. There was some damage caused to our things that they did take care of. I followed up to ensure that the clean up procedures would be followed as I was promised by management. I was worried about mold, being that I had a 3 year with asthma. Although water was pouring through the walls!!! The next day they did nothing but put the paneling back on and mopped with some water. I was baffled, I wrote an email letting them know how poorly the clean up was. They did nothing to rectify, so I gave them 30 notice and moved out.
They then came after me to sue me for almost $5000. Mind you I paid my rent and left the security deposit.
We went to court! I laid out my case and provided all the videos and documentations I had. The judge ruled in my favor, and told them if it had been her she would’ve also moved out.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! I was appalled at how careless and heartless they were toward me and my family after being model tenants for more than 6 years!!!! We were just looked at as checks that they got at the beginning of the month! They DON’T CARE about their tenants!!!!
