This has been the 3rd vehicle I’ve bought from Carl Cannon, and just like always your dealership & Butch Foster did not disappoint! Buying a new truck last week, and a new Traverse this week definitely wasn’t the plan.. but, I must say, Butch made navigating the ups and downs of life, and the stress of a broken down mom van very easy by helping me pick out a new 2024 Traverse! As always, it was a pleasure doing business at Carl Cannon, and specifically with Butch. Of all the dealerships I’ve dealt with over the past 25 years, this is by far the best! Granted, a little slow on getting my new vehicle purchase ready, but very personable and professional, which I’ll trade any day for a-holes with no personality. Brie and Mason were awesome, so if you want to buy a car from this dealership, you should definitely ask for them!

Although Carl cannon couldn’t get down to a price I found further away I wanted to leave a review of the communication and honesty they showed me. Very upfront, great communication, they support local communities and deserve to be visited and see if they can work with you. You will not be disappointed with their customer service. We also have our vehicles serviced here and never ever had a issue and will at the least continue doing business with them in that aspect.
