This place is great. It has the best thermostats in America great neighbors a lot of events happen here there’s no cockroaches no bedbugs. and it had 46 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms and a great playroom for the little ones along with a movie theater. 😎😎😎😎😀😀😃😃😄

C and C - Cockroaches and Crazies ! I would live in a tent before ever living here again. Not only is every unit embedded with roaches, but they require you to remove everything from your kitchen and closets once a month to spray. However, the spraying does nothing and more roaches appear. In terms of crazies, Hunter Hills rents apartments to people who should not be allowed to live alone. They literally go crazy, scream profanities all night, scream at children, bang on walls, and end up getting arrested. This is a weekly occurrence with many tenants. They are over priced, over promise and under deliver, do not repair things, and frankly are the worst living environment I have ever experienced. Heed my warning... ANY PLACE BUT HUNTER HILLS... THE WORST OF HUNTERDON COUNTY...JUST HORRIBLE .

nice place, the only thing that they don't send you the contract every year and then they raise your rent and you don't even consider it, then they send you notes that you owe a certain amount of money, you call to fix something and they don't arrive, to After more than a year I told them that the basement door will not open and they have not fixed it, if something happens that you are not to blame for, you have to fix it from your pocket.

I have been here for 3 years and in all this time no type of inspection has come, I would love for it to happen, for the simple and simple reason that they do not give maintenance so as not to return the between, now the administration has ordered that by law you have to change the vinyl blinds only if it lacks a piece of the shore because if you do not change it at walmart they cost $ 9.00 they will charge you $ 50.00 for each one, it is useless if they look good on the outside if inside they do not work if you call to get fixed Something never arrives, it will be a year since I called to have my basement door fixed and nothing all this time and I had to find someone to give me a space to put my car until I paid separately for the space paying $ 100.00 a month Why did someone find me from where to put it having mine, and since it is unoccupied, the neighbors grab it from the bar to be drinking and having parties, it is disgusting, smelling of urine and bottles and cigarette butts everywhere the manager does not know e appears in these directions and if he does he does not even take into account what he sees.
