On Nov 18th, 2020 management manager Bill Scott seized my bird feeder which I had hanging outside of my bedroom window.

I and my wife were sleeping in our bedroom the morning around 7:30 AM when we suddenly heard somebody slapping and shouting heavily on our right side bedroom window. Out of sudden shock, when we moved the curtain, we saw Bill was shouting, screaming like crazy holding our bird feeder (size 4 inches by 5.5 inches) on his other hand! We were shocked to see how madly he was slapping/shouting to our window!

We couldn't even say a word as the window was still closed! And he suddenly pulled the feeder with all his force out from the window and broke the cord of the feeder and snatched it in filmy style. He didn't give me a moment to talk to him or ask him why he was acting crazy and taking my bird feeder without my consent! We couldn't believe for a few moments what actually just happened. I was thinking to call the police, but my wife said to let it go.

He took the bird feeder and drove away without saying a word to me! 3 days later he sent me an official letter that any bird feeder cannot be used within the complex.

First of all, we didn't know that a bird feeder cannot be used within the complex. Secondly, He could just tell us in a normal way that bird feeders aren't allowed, before slapping on the window at 7:30 in the morning! We think we were being racially profiled by him.

Bill seized my bird feeder without showing any reason on the scene. He could tell us why he was taking the feeder with him like a normal person, but he was furious and was not ready to talk! The bird feeder was my property! He could just remind me about apt policy as having a window bird feeder could've been my mistake, and I was ready to apologize for that, but instead of giving me chance to talk, he showed what kind of person he is and drove away like a hero saving planet earth from destruction!
