We are family new to the area - didn’t know better and rented kids party stuff from Fuscos

NEVER AGAIN.

they even said they are not a party rental place and don’t bother renting it out anymore.

So not only is the stuff disgusting… It also took them half an hour to even get to it. It was in the back of the trailer which they had to completely empty before they could get to the tables.

And yes… We called two times to tell them we were on our way for our order.

Stay away from FUSCO. There are too many places to rent equipment in the area - do not rent from these guys. I rent all the time and sometimes expect to have an issue with a machine for whatever reason. What is unexpected is that I would have to pay for a machine that wouldn’t start. I rented a wood chipper for 4 days, a day and a half into it I had problems starting the machine. Got it going to finish day 2. Day 3 - nothing, dead battery. I felt like I spent have the time trying to start it! Brought it back and they charged me for the day even though I called 3x during the day looking for help from mechanic. These guys make their problems your problems and charging me for day 3 is unethical and horrible customer service.

I’ve passed this place on route 202 in Flemmington for years and given the massive equipment they have in their yard, always viewed it as an industrial only place. I recently rented a wood chipper to handle some yard clean up and was very pleased. Excellent customer service by everyone from the front desk to the person making sure the hitch fit my car perfectly to the guy there when I returned it. Their inventory is massive and they will be my go-to place from now on.

Didn’t honor reservation. Made an equipment rental reservation weeks in advance. They rented out the tools the day before and didn’t have what I needed when I showed up. Staff wasn’t helpful either. Just shrugged their shoulders. Don’t go here.

Needed a scissor lift last minute and Fusco's was quickly able to supply the unit with a trailer. The lift was in great condition and the trailer made transportation, offloading and loading a breeze. Overall great customer service. Highly recommend reaching out to the team at Fusco's Rental World!

I ran out of GAS! Thank goodness Fusco was open and they had a gallon of regular gas ( they use diesel for all the equipment) or I would have been walking a mile in the dreadful heat to the gas station. if you are a small company I would advise to stay away from them they will rob you and look you in the eye and feel ok about it
