Liz recently helped me sell my sister's house, and I can't begin to convey how much help she provided! I live 450 miles from the property, which is an old farm house with a number of "issues" to be addressed before it could be put on the market. Liz gave me great advice and direction on what needed to be done for both meeting code and satisfying lenders, and maximizing appeal to potential buyers. Whatever the job to be done, Liz's connections and experience meant she could give me a list of reputable providers from which I could choose. Her turnaround was incredibly fast whenever I had a question or concern, and she cheerfully came to the house on a number of occasions to provide access for workers, or to verify that work was done and done well. She could not have been a better realtor, always positive and patient, and knowing what needed to be done. When the house hit the market, it sold immediately, and with multiple offers.
