Nick from Sales and Ryan were such a pleasant to deal with the first time, I returned 2 days later to also get into a 2025 AMG GLB35! It was great being treated like family with a warm smile as soon as i entered and both Nick and Ryan were able to help me get into an amazing new car. The level of care and professionalism is hard to come by nowadays. Nick and Ryan stayed late, showed me multiple options for trim levels and different vehicles. Most importantly, they were not pushy during the entire process. True professionals! Finally, Vinny in finance was extremely punctual and transparent with the financing terms and packages. Its a shame i can’t add another 5-star review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was recently in a situation that necessitated my buying a new-ish vehicle. I saw several online and planned on visiting several dealers. Well my visit to Mercedes-Benz of Flemington was my first and only stop! I immediately felt their customer care as I was greeted immediately with a smile and warm welcome by the receptionist. She directed me to the appropriate department and I was assigned Jake.
Immediately Jake sat down with me and asked all about my needs in a vehicle. No hard pitch. Just genuinely interested in what I was looking for. Jake was attentive and engaging and helped put me at ease. Jake made the car buying experience a pleasant one and that’s not easy to do! Jake was next level with his customer care. Jake even went as far as following me home in my new car so I didn’t have to drive home and inconvenience a family member to return with me to pick up my car!
Working with Jake has made me a Mercedes-Benz of Flemington fan! If you’re in the market for a new or pre owned Mercedes-Benz I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Flemington!

I had a very disappointing experience with Mercedes-Benz of Flemington. I called and made an appointment to see a 2022 GLS 450. The representative on the phone assured me that the car would be ready by 12 PM and confirmed that the car would be on-site, as I explained that I was traveling two hours to get there. When I arrived, I was told that the car was already in the process of being sold. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers’ time. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this dealership.
