Kathryn is the best real estate agent I've met. She helped us do so much. Most real estate agents only care about closing and don't even take the time to explore with you but Kathryn was the opposite of that. She is amazing and we're glad we met her. She found the perfect house for us and we're so grateful for that. I have no complaints and I definitely recommended her to my friends.

Kathryn Weber showed my house today and I am so disgusted with her unprofessionalism. It has been raining today and I left a note on my door to please take your wet shoes off when you come in and I left a disposable pad on the floor for them to put their wet shoes on, no one including her and the other realtors or clients took them off. Also I was sitting outside my driveway and she let another client come in with a large ladder I couldn’t believe my eyes, the man had to be 75. Only a home inspector should be going in the attic. My attic has no ladder and my 34 year old son has a hard time getting up there. I called my agent immediately to tell her and she called Kathryn and told her this is unacceptable. If he fell I would have been sued. I hard words with her when she was leaving and told her how upset I was and I couldn’t believe she allowed this that it’s a liability and she doesn’t know what she’s doing, she got an attitude with me and rudely said “I know how to do my job” I said no you don’t obviously. The other day she showed my house and left all the lights on inside my house and the front porch light and mind you it was broad daylight and 2 items in my house were picked up and moved, but interestingly no one knows who did it. I have never dealt with anything like this in my life. You need to speak with her and I am calling your office tomorrow. I told my agent she’s never allowed in my home again.

Sung (Judy) Kim is extremely professional, and we worked well together. From the beginning Judy outlined the timeline and expectations of deliverables. Judy developed and maintained a meticulous spreadsheet outlining all tasks to accomplish the final goal of a sale. Judy expertly marketed my property, and she methodically assessed all the offers received. Judy explained all the pros and cons of each offer so that I was able to make an educated decision of which offer to accept.
