We couldn’t have been any happier with having Sandy as our realtor for the purchase of our home. We recently re-located from Massachusetts and were looking for a house in Ocean or Monmouth County. This is a very tough market to be in as a buyer, but we felt very assured and confident in her hands. It is evident that she is very experienced and has a passion for her work. Her approach and ability to connect with people is one of a kind, something that we feel also gave us an edge when communicating with sellers’ realtors. She was always available and very responsive whatever we needed and was always there to answer our questions, guide us through the whole process and re-assure us when things were getting tough. It was definitely a ‘trip’ finding and successfully purchasing a home in this very difficult market, and there were some difficult moments in the process, but Sandy was always there to re-assure us and keep us moving forward and keep trying. Her calmness and level-headed approach, particularly when tensions were high, is one of her biggest attributes and was really valued by us as her clients. A few months forward, we have now found our home in the exact town that we wanted it in, which was no easy task given this is a very sought-after area! There were multiple offers on the house, but Sandy’s strategy on how to approach the whole process and her guidance got us the win. Through the entire process she functioned with our best interest in mind, making sure we felt comfortable with the offer we were making and the final deal. We felt very-well taken care of by Sandy and could not have asked for anything more. We simply could not have found and purchased our home without her. It was a great pleasure working with her and we highly recommend her to everyone!

Sandy Bator was recommended by a friend who was selling a family home. Sandy responded to my first call quickly, listened well, and an appointment was set. Within minutes of meeting, we knew Sandy was the right realtor for our condo sale. She came on time and well prepared with research specific to the area, several comps in the development itself, and great knowledge of the current market for both a seller and a buyer. She was extremely organized and highly professional.
Our condo was basically ready to show, and once a sale price was agreed upon (with Sandy's advice higher than we thought it should be!), we put our trust in Sandy and boy did she come through!
On the market on Thursday and pending sale by Sunday - 25 showings and 8 offers! Again, Sandy's knowledge and detail helped us quickly settle on the best buyer at a great sale price; closing occurred in less than a month. It has been a pleasure working with her, beginning to end.
