Commonwealth Properties is certainly known for high-quality rentals and their houses and office spaces are always in a high demand. It is rare to find a property management company that owns all of their properties and maintains them so well. They are also flexible and fair with people who have less than ideal credit histories. The owner is a reputable real estate broker who strives to offer quality housing to the community.

I have been renting from commonwealth for many years! The owner is very compassionate and very accommodating! He doesn’t over charge since COVID since the majority of landlords have been charging ridiculous amounts of money for rentals. He is fair when renting his properties!

I was very happy renting from them. Buying from them was another story. They threatened us to get what they wanted instead of asking and made us repeatedly prove we paid rent over and over for different months as if it were a mystery.
So renting is good
Buyers beware
After we bought the house, 3 months later, the electric box caught on fire and we learned why they didn't want us to get an inspection.
The basement wasn't waterproof like we were led to believe and the entire home I was remodeled with the cheapest possible materials.
We continue to rebuild this house from the ground up due to the way it was previously cared for by the owners.
Such a pity that people can't just be honest.

Me and my girlfriend applied for one of there properties, after a week a I called to check on our application they said that it was still being reviewed, one more week went by and I called again and they told me the property that we were interested in was rented and they didn’t have any more available properties. Their customer service and communication is very poor I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

If you don't have perfect credit avoid this place. Even with our debt payed off, or less than 30% on everything else, and showing we make more than $500 the monthly requirement. "Sorry we can't help you." The gentlemen that answered shouldn't be anywhere near a phone with the lack of people skills required for the job.

I've been renting here for almost a year and over the past five months I've been having MICE. Commonwealth have been lazy in their help. They called an exterminator only after I caught 10, and told me I just have to wait. Five months later I still have them and they show no signs of actually caring. This is taking an emotional toll and I can barely sleep.

Best rent-to-own homes you'll find in any city in this country! Completely refurbished homes at very reasonable prices. The homes look like new when they get done with them! Move in and say WOW!

They were Amazing. They approved my application and I signed the lease the same day and got the keys. A very professional and easy process. I would highly recommend.
