I'm running out of ways to contact them to get my money back. They stopped paying interest almost a year ago supposedly because of the Synapse outage, but now investors are seeing every single project go into foreclosure and PFNF series basically stop paying. I received $48 in interest in February across 25 investments. Absurd. This looks more like a ponzi scheme as time goes by. Matt Rodak, Augie Zidek, Donovan Adesoro - what did you do with investors' money?

I am an investor, and no one has been paying their bill since June. only one of my clients has paid in the last month, the company is not taking accountability, or giving updates to investors. No one returns emails or answers the phone. Ever since the company changed to upright.us from fundthatflip, things have gone completely downhill since then. I have lost over 4,000 probably in interest, and 91,000 is just sitting there with no one repaying back their loans.

The deals on the website show a great mix of new-builds, refurbs, portfolio projects, urban, rural, different price points, geographical locations and sizes. You can also invest in notes and rates are great.

The transparency of information is superior to all competitors. The team gives (mostly) monthly updates on each project, provides progress photos and inspections. Also, third party appraisal docs are being made available.

All in all, a great addition to diversify my portfolio. I guess the only “downside” is that you have to be an accredited investor but on the other hand that explains the level of detail and high customer service.
