I rented a home from Ark Management from January 2021 to August 2023. There was never a late payment or issue with me as a tenant. I gave my notice to vacate and have been out of the home since September 1, 2023. My security deposit in the amount of $1,450 was to be returned within 3-5 business days. Since moving out I have been sending text communication and trying to contact someone to have my security deposit returned. All attempts have been unsuccessful. The premises was inspected and I even received a text message from Ark Management informing me of how well the condition of the property was left and the cleanliness. However when I try to reach someone about the return of my security deposit I’m not getting a response. All I’m asking is that my security deposit be returned as expected and agreed upon in the lease agreement.

Beware! They do faulty work. Lived in a property they managed had to put the rent in escrow because they wouldn't complete necessary work. The house looked really nice but underlying issues were wayyyyy worse such as The house not being inspected prior to us moving in no CO2 detectors or fire detectors. As well as sump pump pumping water in to our driveway causing us to have a ice skating rink in our driveway all winter, electrical issue (panel recalled) , plumbing issues(bathtub wouldn't drain), it was a nightmare!!, their office manager Donna is very rude and condescending as well as her "boyfriend " Lee the "head of maintenance" who knows nothing about maintenence. They had several and I do mean several electricians come in and look at the electiCal panel but they never finished any work, the only reason they did this is because they knew we were going to court and wanted to make it look like they were doing something. All in all they suck they were not compassionate at all I asked them to fix the tub I couldn't bathe my 89year old grandmother properly because the tub wouldnot drain as well my son is autistic and they were made aware that he needed to shower every night in order to calm him down they didn't care took them 3 months to fix it and my rent was $1350 so there's no excuse. This company takes short cuts and they are sneaky please BEWARE!
