if i give this place zero i would. my fiancé and i moved into this place in September and its been a nothing but issues since such as not answer the calls & when they do answer they are disrespectful in the office and simply could care less when there is an emergency in our unit, no working outlets, no a/c, and the biggest one is we haven’t had heat in our apartment for over a month now and there is absolutely no urgency in trying to fix it or pushing the issue. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. we are counting down the months to move out from here and never look back. this is what it current looks like outside and it’s 20 but feels like 7 degrees and guess who still doesn’t have heat. someone needs to look into this place. if you want over price/ unlivable conditions you found the place!

This place is terrible! Like how are they even still in business! Like how you send me a late notice but have yet to replace my HVAC unit so that I can have some air on these 85 degree days. Figure out why you have yet to reimburse me for my duke bill since I had two leaks in my water heater. Figure out why my sink fell in, figure out everything that’s wrong with this place before you give somebody a late notice! Like this place is laughable and they get away with it because people come here as the last option and they know that so they treat people any kind of way. It’s truly sad.

We lived here 3 years. Waiting for things to get better. Be prepared for mold,falling in ceilings,subpar appliances,and a broken laundry room. Roaches,bedbugs and clueless maintenance. I wasn't able to shower for 2 months bcuz the maintenance dude kept saying he fixed it!!they called me a liar! It was the shower head which I kept telling him!! Do not move here if you value your sanity or anything you own!!

If you want to spend half of your lease chasing them up for repairs, please go ahead. We’ve dealt with an unsealed shower, mold, unfinished patched holes in our walls, outlets so loose that your electrical appliances will be falling out the socket, they are quick to add $80 late fees for rent saying it’s due 1-5th (when we moved in on 7th) and still have repairs that need completing. It’s not just frustrating it’s upsetting. I’m never comfortable in my home. They promise the one maintenance guy they have will come over for repairs but he only shows 20% of the time and shows up at like 11am. We’ve tried communicating the best we can with them to no avail. Constantly having to repeat the list of the repairs that we still need fixing. Mosquitoes painted into the walls. They’re fixing the outside but the apartments are still in need of updating. Why is it so hard to just do your job? Why can’t I just live in peace? We’ve been patient because it’s a different management company but what difference does it make? All they care about is their money

ZERO STARS !!!!!!!!!!!
The absolute worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. I have been calling for over two months as well as emailing and still no response. My house is infested with bedbugs, they made me pay for the infestation company, and the bed bugs did not go away. I have fleas and insects found on pets, with no pets so im pretty sure its coming for the surrounding houses. Ive lost all of my clothes and furniture due to the bed bugs, had to pay rent even though I was living in my car and at hotels. They will not respond to help solve the issue or let me break my lease. Do Not Ever Rent With Them They Are Terrible.

My fiancé and I lived here for two years. We moved out on time and did all required cleaning and fixing up of our place upon move out. Keys, rent and everything turned in on time. This place has yet to return our nearly $700 security deposit back. It’s going on now 2 months and 2 weeks and they constantly tell me it’s in the mail and today told ME to contact my mail provider. As hard as times are right now, that money back is everything and it’s not a small amount. Being a good tenant and all that doesn’t matter here. Just be sure to watch for that when you move out!

I just moved into the White Wood Apartmmwnnt on Jan 1 2021, EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTE
D!! Major water leaking into dinning room whenever it brains, I can't exit/enter through front door because water has no drainage and is pooling. Poor heating which has caused EXTREMELY HIGH GAS ELECTION BILL.
