They manage Southgate Towers Bedford heights Ohio and it is gotten so bad in the last 3 years. No response from management in office. They don't have any customer service experience. If you call office they ignore tenants needs. Worst house keeping ,carpets are filthy on hallway carpets. Running hot water in laundry rooms I am sure is costing company. Which then goes to tenants in the end with high rent for tenants. We have the worst manger doesn't even salt parking lot. Building wallpaper falling off the walls.

I have been living at one of their properties for over 10 years. My experience has been AMAZING! Repairs are done in a timely fashion, and they take good care of the building cleaning them Monday thru Friday. The rental office staff is AMAZING, Ashley, Jasmine, and Lori. Carol in housekeeping is the BEST!!! The maintenance staff is professional and prompt. Kimberly Park Apartments is a very nice place to live.

Horrible company, do not rent or apply to any of their properties.
They tend to hold on to your deposits. Very long processing times to get your money back.

So - The last few days here in Cleveland have been snow covered, My stepmother has a ranch apartment and she has been in Florida. I went to check on her car and drove past her apartment(F115 - Tamarac} Their plow company pushed all the driveway snow in front of her apartment door. Spoke to the rental office and said that there was nothing they could do as they are "not" responsible for the snow removal from the entrance. My stepmother is 82. Please see picture.

I have tried calling them for a while and reached out via their website. I still have yet to receive a response. I stayed at one of their properties and we were treated like trash. We wanted answers about our issues of noise disturbance to be explained especially because it resulted in health complications. We went ten months with no sleep because our upstairs neighbor felt like running, jumping, stomping, banging, and yelling all night. The apartment management dismissed it and now Millennium is basically doing the same with not answering the phones or responding. I'm still waiting for a phone call back from a voicemail I left last year. GOOD LUCK with this company and their managed apartments. Wonder if this will a get a response since they don't like bad reviews.

I know this comment will be deleted but this management is horrible. They took advantage of a senior citizen that does not realize the laws of property management. They never sent her a final statement of deposit and said tbey never got her forwarding address. Then when I ask why did noone call her she lived there for 5 years and I know you have her phone number. The manager said she emailed her. Do you really think she pays attention to a email she didn't even no how to get into it. Well I helped her and guess what no email. She should get double her deposit back or the full deposit. It wasn't much and she wasn't charged much but it's the principal. I have been a property for 15 years and always try every way possible to reach a tenant I'm definitely not lazy and think I can get over on someone who don't know the laws. No wonder your reviews look like they do.

wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. we stayed here for 2 years thankfully out now. Where to begin with the problems? Yearly increases in rent are normal this company will raise it by almost 200 dollars a year with no added benefit, I lived near Crocker Park for less and less of a increase. when asking the leasing office about it they say its corporate and ask if you want them to send over the notice to vacate form. constant problems with maintenance, would call multiple times for a problem which would never be resolved. One time the AC unit backed up and flooded the entire entry closet we called emergency maintenance he showed up with an attitude and ended up whipping a box across the room nearly hitting a candle. the carpet stayed soaking wet and flipped up for 3 weeks until their carpet guy could come out.... When telling management about this they acted like it was no problem, not even a sorry out of their mouths. The parking lots are atrocious during the winter time, your car and sidewalks will be buried by their snow plow crews that don't salt causing a giant sheet of ice. The dumpsters are always full because of the complex across the street dumping trash and when brought to managements attention with pictures they do nothing. they constantly offer gifts and drawing if you put a 5 star review on any site so don't believe everything you read. we finally moved out this past month and got a letter stating they were keeping our 300$ deposit and wanted us to pay an additional amount for a bunch of very vague descriptions of damages and damages that should be considered normal wear and tear. AVOID any of their properties

Don't ever apply for an apartment with any of this conpanies' properties.

They intentionally exploit vulnerable people in an already stressful situation. They are vague (by design) with any answers they give when you explain your situation in extensive detail; they will insist that they have no way of knowing if your application will get approved until you pay 50 to apply and another 300 for a "holding fee". They denied my application in less than one business day... so they absolutely knew my approval chances were dire, and repeatedly refused to be straightforward about that. I feel like they should give me the application fee back because of this...but i accept the fact that money is long gone.

To make things even worse... despite the fact that they don't want your business, they are happy as hell to hold your "holding fee" money for thirty days before doing ANYTHING about returning it... for no reason except to collect interest off of your money. They will tell you that they do this to ensure the fees have cleared your bank account... but nothing takes thirty days to clear, and they know this. So I lost fifty dollars for no reason whatsoever...and still have up to another 40ish days before I might ever get the holding fee back. (My application was denied 3 weeks ago) This all could have been avoided... but exploitation is the name of their game.
