I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This company does not "secure buildings" for business. Instead they buy properties, raise the rent, and do not offer pricing negotiations. Those businesses have to leave because they cannot afford to stay. One of my favorite stores in my town is closing due to a rent increase after Chase became their property/building manager. Chase properties would not negotiate on rent pricing so they were forced to close. I am so disappointed.
