I’m super excited about moving in. I had my tour with Keiyana and she was awesome and funny. A few residents I met while on tour told me how much they love it there. I got the mulberry floor plan with high ceilings. Can’t wait to move into my “castle”.

Do not rent at the Aster! Raise your expectations is their slogan — the bar is low after the property sale 2 months ago, you couldn’t expect less.

The incoming Owner did nothing to prevent the outgoing Owner and Management Company from lowering applicant thresholds and rent. New property management, Banner, has proven dismissive of residents and derelict in their duties. Starting with hiring a property manager who took 2 weeks vacation in their, first and only, 5 weeks on the job. Banner was played. Following, there was 3 weeks of no staff. Occupancy is at an all time low and rent is too. The new staff is untrained, inexperienced, and cannot be bothered. They are dismissive. So much, that structural building issues like a tiny leak has turned into a full pipe burst in the gym. Boxes take over resident public spaces for months. It took vandalizing hallway carpets to have Banner clean them. Security is a major concern. The front door did not lock for weeks, leading to a car being stolen from the garage. Apartment keys are left unattended in unlocked offices.
On this holiday weekend, a simple task of unlocking the pool gates could not be tended to by the Property Manager.

A police car sits across the street nightly now — because of the volume of recent calls. That was never the case. And all you should need to know.

I originally gave the Aster a bad review. I didn’t realize there were so many great changes they were making and at the same time were under staffed. That isn’t the case anymore. The staff are great and are quick to solve problems. The maintenance staff is wonderful and very quick to respond to any issues. I’ve lived here for over 2 years and plan on renewing my lease. Highly recommend renting here.

This is a beautiful building. We’ve been coming here for the last 3 months to clean for several residents privately. The leasing staff here are the most welcoming staff we’ve ever encountered out of all the apartments we clean. They even offer coffee and tea to us after we finish with our clients. They really seem like they like their jobs and they smile a lot. That’s rare in customer service.

I have been living at The Aster for eight months, and I plan to renew my lease and stay for another year and a half. The apartments are beautiful, lovely amenities, and most importantly the staff is not only incredibly friendly, but respond to inquiries, maintenance issues, and concerns quickly. I give five stars and highly recommend The Aster if you are looking for a beautiful community to move into!

This place was every bit of 5 starts when I first moved in about a year ago. Old management (Kate and Jordan) were approachable and available. Since the change to Banner, people are constantly smoking weed, the carpets are constantly stained/dirty, it’s difficult to receive emails back from the office managers. Walls are very thin (I can hear my neighbor snoring through the walls). I’ve seen cops consistently present during night time hours as a result of resident concerns. I’m hoping for some change for the better as the rent is incredibly high.

Been at this apartment for over a year. Here for work for the next 1-2 years and this complex has been great. Good covered parking, nice amenities, professional working class neighbors and peaceful neighborhood (close to the interstate). Management has been great to work with and overall, I’ve been happy here.
