Robert, Lindsy and the entire Team at Fidelity Residential went above and beyond. The loan and home buying process can be overwhelming and frustrating. We spent almost three months trying to obtain a VA mortgage with a local bank, and were very frustrated. Our daughter had used Fidelity twelve years before and had been so impressed with them she recommended we switch, and after speaking with Robert, we did. Great move. We closed within two weeks! Robert and Lindsy went above and beyond any other professionals with whom I’ve worked. They genuinely cared about our situation, and were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive.
Their website is beautifully designed so that it is clear what information is needed and exactly what the progress towards closing is, but when I had a question I received immediate answers. In addition, they caught small details that everyone else missed. Robert worked with the VA to correct an error on the VA’s part that could have caused delays. They helped us get the best rate available at a time when rates were rising rapidly. Above all, they answered emails extremely rapidly. I can’t emphasize enough how responsive they were. Working with Robert and Lindsy turned a miserable experience into a positive one for us. Five stars all the way!
