I want to express my appreciation to Lawes for the information on their website about dust, dirt, and the HVAC system. For years I have suffered from dust allergies and my house is perpetually dust-covered. I always asked my husband if we should have the furnace and ducts cleaned, and he always replied that it was a closed system and couldn't be responsible for the household dust. We got 3 AC units installed in our old home, James provided some of the best project management and communication we've ever had, it was genuine and honest, and a true commitment to having us have the best situation for our home and looking out for our best interest. We used Lawes to install a tankless water heater and had a great experience from start to finish! James was very knowledgeable about the product and explained the whole installation process to us the first time he came out to the house. He answered our phone calls and e-mails in a timely fashion and got started on the permits and paperwork right away. On installation day Steve, Doug and Jack were professional, efficient and very kind. We have 3 young kids and they were cautious about closing the front/basement doors while completing their work. I would definitely recommend Lawes!

I've been a Lawes customer for about 40 years and I haven't got a single complaint. Their maintenance checks keep my oil burner in good shape. They removed my in-ground tank without a problem and they took care of all the paperwork. A few months ago they installed a mini-split air conditioning system and we couldn't be happier. If you are considering signing up with Lawes, I say yes, go for it.

We hired Lawes to install a brand new 2 zone HVAC system, switching from oil to natural gas and adding an attic furnace. James and the entire Lawes team were outstanding partners on this job. The team was thoughtful, responsive, showed an incredible attention to detail, and above all else, was a wonderful group of people to have working at our home. We were working on a tight timeline and James made certain to line up his crew to meet our deadlines, filing permits and bringing in electricians/chimney companies to complete all aspects of the job on a timely basis.

I would strongly recommend working with Lawes Shrewsbury for any HVAC needs, especially a large project with many moving pieces like our new HVAC system.

After having spent A LOT of money on expenseive repairs and service in the past, Lawes are now stating that you must buy a year's worth of oil before they will even consider servicing your unit. This was a company I had previously recommended to many friends, and am SHOCKED that they refuse to come service because I won't overpay for oil delivery. I thought AJ Perri was bad, but Lawes is gaining on them.
