Top 3 worst experiences I ever had shopping. Thursday 1130… I’m at paint, ask for help woman says 5 minutes.. I say sure no problem take your time! 10 minutes later… 15 minutes later… 20 minutes later… nothing. I asked someone else can we call for paint… he calls… I wait.. 5 minute.. 10 nothing. I ask for a manager. No manager. Random employee comes and helps… proceeds to tell me they don’t have what I’m looking for. So I spent 40 minutes at the paint section… just to be told they don’t carry the paint I need. What a waste of time!! Where are the employees? What a mess!!! Only come here if you feel like wasting almost an hour of your life.

Love all Lowe’s stores, especially when they marked down their plants because maybe they missed watering them. Always great for seasonal items love their garden center, except the woman manager, no bedside manner with that one.

Good selection and I love the addition of a clearance aisle kind of towards the back of the stores so check it out if you want some good deals!
The cost of plumbing cartridges and minor replacement parts is 200% for the convenience of getting it today instead of having it delivered a day later by other suppliers, this violates their mission statement, if you don't want to carry apart just don't carry it but don't charge 200% More than other retailers.

They don't carry vacuum belts for the vacuums they sell? Wow ,I have to order it online they stated .first the water filter system we Bought you can't get the filters must buy online. Seriously this is just terrible to sell a product you can't buy a frequently use service part for.im not buying anymore lowes tools that require frequently used parts. What's next lawnmower belts. Yep had to go to tractor supply for that one I bought at Lowe's as well. Leaf lower yep back to tractor supply. Done done done Asked for a manager was told what's the issue .I would like to talk to him about how displeased I am ever product I buy they don't carry parts for.answer well that's how it is. Really ok here is your review and I'll go to home Depot or anywhere else but here going forward. PERIOD.

Asked sales associate where to find replacement corner cabinet hinges. Gave me exact # to go to. Found what I needed.. and then other items. Plus a beautiful flower for my outdoors.

I used to rely on Lowe's for installation of various products, notably interior door installation a couple of years ago. The installer was professional and courteous. For that work, I would give 5 stars. Same for a toilet installation.

Things have changed since Lowe's outsourced their installations to Angi. There is very little quality control and the installers don't seem to be very qualified. In fact, I question their trade credentials.

Use Home Depot. Lowe’s has changed or updated the return policy on the products they sell. If you have a big project and need to return even the smallest item(s) they will flag your credit card and your drivers license. You will not be able to even get store credit. Home Depot at least gives you store credit when your not able to find a receipt. LOWES broad of directors should really review this policy. I guess they forgot the customer is what makes Lowe’s profitable. It about principal and customer service.
