DCH Ford of Eatontown Service Center exceeded my expectations. They came to my home, picked up my Bronco, changed the oil, rotated my tires, and topped off all my fluids then delivered my truck back to my home. No more wasting hours in the dealership waiting for my vehicle to get serviced, those days are over and the best part about it, there was no additional cost to the customer. It's complimentary. Kudos to Eatontown Ford Service for figuring out how to provide top notch customer service at a fair price.

This was hands down the most pleasant experience. Kenny G at service made everything simple, fast and worry free not to mention being attended in a timely manner but also taking his time to explain the process, other dealership just brush you off and say have a seat let you know when it’s done. Although I’m far ways from home but I will definitely make this my cars home to get health checks and fixed. 6 Stars

Update: My 2024 Ford Lightning is not charging on DC fast chargers any longer. Took it to the service department. They just gave me a sheet of paper stating that Ford is recommending to ignore. I guess I'll sit for 10 hours on my weekly 400 weekly travel. I was also told by Janine the following:
- when I went back to inform her that the vehicle still not charging. That that's not what I mentlioned.
- According to her the technician chelated it to 98%, but the vehicle was still at 76%.
- I asked for another check, and she mentioned that the technician was already with another vehicle.
- they couldn't provide a diagnosis or estimate time of completion.

To be clear Janine was polite, but defensive, not a good fyit for a service department. This would have been a 1 star if it wasn't for my first visit.

Matt provided an amazing service. Detailed to me and made sure it was completed on a timely manner. I recommend!

The Representative was very professional . I was very pleased with the help that I received from Kenneth Guthrie at DCH Ford in Eatontown . After taking my F-150 for repair , the diagnostic test revealed that the transmission needed to be repaired,Kenneth made all the arrangements got all the parts and called me back to drop the vehicle for repair.When he realized that the vehicle would take a few more days to get repaired, He offered me a loaner while the truck was being fixed.my transmissions was fixed in a timely manner .Kenneth also made sure that the warranty cover the cost.He is a well spoken and very respectful person. I was very impressed by his professionalism. He is a very good employee for DCH Ford.I give him an A+.

I am really grateful for the service team. I brought my car in with a big mystery and they truly went above and beyond to figure it out. Kenny was so polite and professional through it all. The valet team was so helpful getting my car back to me taking an added logistical headache off my shoulders. All around great service. Definitely recommend using them.
