Alka is a super realtor with a golden touch and a golden heart to boot. We first met Alka when we were searching for our first home in NJ. She was referred to us by a mutual friend. From the first meeting it was clear that she knew her business. She made us feel so comfortable it was almost as if we had been friends for years. That being said, she was also totally professional. With a few carefully thought out questions she sussed out exactly what we wanted for our first home. She guided us at every step and made the whole process a breeze. We ended up living in and loving that house for 12 years.
Cut to 2024. We decided that now that our kids were grown and flown, it was time to move. And you guessed it, we called Alka 😊. This time we were first time sellers. Alka is the most honest , integral, hardworking , knowledgeable, very professional and honest in her advise. She keeps clients interest at the top and understands them and their tastes thoroughly. Always positive and has a practical approach to your investment. Never advises to do anything she herself would not do if in your shoes.
