Highly recommend Jessie Dominguez (Lizardo) and ERA Reed Realty. Jessie has been a sincere pleasure to work with over the past year, and has been very responsive to all requests and needs. I have worked with 4 other property management companies in recent years; none of them come close to Jessie's quality work, responsiveness and efforts in resolving issues as they arise. She is very proactive and knowledgeable, and has provided great advice. Best in property management that I have come across. She also knows the area very well, and is very well connected to deal with issues promptly. Highly recommend Jessie for her services and her company ERA Reed Realty in Plainfield.

DO NOT RECOMMEND Jessie Dominguez. I purchased a property on November 2017, and if you are reading this post and wondering why it took me so long to write a review is because I told myself that I'll leave in God's hands of how rude and not professional at all my experience with her was. Today, I had to call my town's utility department and found out that my realtor or lawyer didn't make me aware of what I had to do after I purchased my property. The reason why she was my realtor was because a closed friend recommend her. She was probably great to my friend but to me all she did was "sign here , sign there" and I was so naive and since I had an urge to purchase a property because the place I reside before was going for eviction, I "signed here and there". Little did I know that she screwed me over and perhaps I could of saved about 10,000.00 but unfortunately I signed a contract without her explaining to me what I was signing. Part was my fault for not reading what I was signing. I strongly believe she is the previous owner's brother or close friend because when we moved to my new property I found pictures of her at the attic. If you are interested in finding a good patient, professional realtor I highly suggest you don't hire her. YOU LIVE AND LEARN and I'm glad I had this experience so I could find someone who is professional when I purchase my second property. ERA Reed Realty may be in business for more than 25 years, other agents may be great but Jessie Dominguez will never be recommended by me to my fellow friends or others. I GIVE HER 0 STARS , unfortunately i have to give her one here. I hope this review doens't get deleted!!!!

ERA Reed Realty as an HOA is horrible. Closed on my townhouse in January 2019, was told Jessie Dominguez was my contact but she was never in the office to speak to. Apparently, my home was not occupied for over a year but ERA did nothing in preparation of moving in after I purchased the home. The inspectors report reflected several issues that should be taken up by ERA Reed but Nothing has been done! I was never outwardly contacted as a new homeowner to make sure I was set or had any questions/concerns. But when the HOA fee is due, they had no problem mailing an invoice for payment. After encountering issues, I called again and was forwarded to Courtney Reed. She told me she would reach out to Jessie and send me the HOA bi-laws (clearly she didn’t know what the HOA responsibilities start/end either) Received 13 pages of statements that didn’t apply to my inquiry. This woman is rude, ignorant, does not communicate effectively, doesn’t follow up on her statements and her customer service is poor. If I could give 0 stars, I would! There’s also no one else level headed to speak to. Needless to say, id rather deal with BOTS or making an online request than have to talk to these people to get assistance in a timely manner. It’s been 5 months and I still have not received a Welcome packet because it’s still being worked on!! I had to find out from neighbors that garbage and recycling should not be commingled. Recycling is on Friday’s only! Called today (reason for this review) because I ended up speaking to Courtney Reed again and got nowhere! I even asked for the old welcome packet and was told I had to call with any questions I had. (Last time I called, she never called back, I emailed her and received a poor response) the service is just unacceptable and I’m mortified to have to deal with such ignorance after purchasing my townhouse in Plainfield. Renters and Buyers Beware before you sign any lease agreements with this so called company that’s been in business for 25 years but don’t have any welcome packets to provide to newcomers.

I also rented commercial property from Carl Reed, and he is a good property management professional. awesome real estate agents, had working individuals, many agents are also bilingual english-spanish, they go out of their way to help their clients, the broker is fantastic also, she provides support to both the clients and the agents, I most definitely recommend them when and if you are looking to buy or sell a house

This place is the worst place to go to.As the Realtor by the name of Calvin Walker discriminate me for an apartment.The Realtor Calvin Walker is nothingy but a liar.Calvin Walker told me I needed an apartment with heat.As online it stated that the tenant pays for heat,gas,and electric.Calvin Walker just made up excuses just to not rent to me.So glad I reported his ass
