Unorganized and unprofessional. Been waiting for over a month for my $2900 deposit. They have lied, twice, that a check was sent. The manager Mary Joe, ignores her voicemails. Had to call 4 times for AC repair that is still inoperable. The property we rented had improperly rigged electrical, now, a year later, after all our bills were paid, they are trying to place the blame on us, instead of their electricians and contractors. Overall, just a joke of a company, for nearly $24k annual rent.

I have resided in a JMJ managed property for years. I just recently had a small maintenance issue pop up in our building and I called and spoke to the owner and she had a contractor on site within the hour and had the problem completely resolved. There was also a representative from JMJ there the entire time the contractor was working overseeing the work being done.

They denied me for an apartment and they stated I'd hear from their head office and it's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything. I met the criteria as far as income and credit score, so why was I denied, is it because of my roommate? Please I'd like to know. Either way, am not worried because I trust God will place me where He wants me!

JMJ has been extremely helpful. As the executor of an estate with rental property they have professionally collected rents and provided necessary documentation. MaryJo is extremely easy to work with. I would recommend them.

It’s unfortunate that out of JMJ’s 1000s of clients that there are a few bad apples. They are extremely responsive and to the book when it comes to legal, rules, and finances. Mary Jo is a CPA and a financial genius when it comes to putting properties in the black that have been suffering. JMJ is awesome when you want to get on the right track.

I live in comfort by the sea, with a maintance bill of $600 a month that is including the new roof that has been leaking for over a month into my unit and mary jo and john have known of this problem since the water bubbles in my sheet rock and have not done anything to help the problem they only blame the roofers, wich they they are the ones who deal with them since they are the buildings maintance company.. They have no problem taking our money every month but do nothing to fix any problems, un professional and mary jo is an owner and when you speak to her about problems in the buklding she plays the role of only an accontant to speak to jon that jon is maintenance meanwhile they are 2 owners who do not want to help... jon told me to put buckets around my unit to catch the water.. i am sure any positive review on this company is from there friends or people who have not experienced any issues i have videos and pictures of water leaking through sheet rock and they have no accountability
