Beautiful place if I must say so! It was so welcoming when I first walked in I was mesmerized. I was Greeted with a two big Smiles. I was a little overwhelmed but she may have noticed but she was very pleasant and helpful. I was so nervous I forgot her name but we had a great conversation. I hope they have success here. I am deeply disappointed in the way this company manages and holds accountable the realtors (Mike Pszczola) who represent them. It’s concerning to see one of their agents (Mike) using social media to boast about personal wealth while simultaneously belittling and demeaning others. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on NJ Elite as a whole.
Based on this experience, I would never consider engaging with anyone affiliated with this organization for any real estate needs. Do better.

If you are looking for a real estate agent, hands down Matt Scannapieco is your guy. He is timely, thorough and pays close attention to all details. He gets 5 stars for communication and works hard, giving 110% to be sure to do what’s in your best interest. Our house had a couple of complex zoning issues and because of Matt’s research, he honestly knew more than the township did by the end! He’s just a great guy and he has our business for life.

There isn't enough stars to rate Jasmine Elalfy and her group, she is just that good. always calm and super attentive, she answers her phone and calls you back and answers text messages no matter where she is, even from a roller coaster on vacation in Disney.
Jasmine got me top dollar for my house, hands down for me the best realtor in NJ. Going forward I would never use anyone else, period.
