Amazing work and skills. Our vacation home was left spotless and the work, repairs and design ideas were spot on. You don’t find honest, skilled and hardworking people easily and we were really blessed. Shiplap ceiling looks great and also allowed us to install additional new recessed lighting on dimmers. Paint is perfect. I don’t have any before pics, but I will attach some after pics.

I would highly recommend Anthony and the Tidal Property Management Team. We used his services for a condo conversion in Wildwood Crest in which he took over the property management and was extremely responsive and professional. Nothing is ever too much for him. I want to give a big shout out to Tidal Property Management. Anthony & his team are the best super responsive, knowledgeable, and provide outstanding workmanship! I had a few issues with a few of my rental properties in Wildwood area last week and they were super responsive and had the issues repaired within hours of my contacting them! One was even done after 6pm at night! They made my tenants extremely happy.
