**Review for Danny the Plumbing Technician**

I recently had the pleasure of Danny come out to my home for a plumbing issue in my home and I cannot speak highly enough of his exceptional service. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that Danny was dedicated to not just fixing my leaky faucet, but ensuring that everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care.

What impressed me most was Danny's willingness to go above and beyond. He came out to my home not once, but twice in the same day, taking the time to thoroughly assess the situation and replace the faucet with a high-quality new one. Throughout the process, he explained every step of the job in a clear and concise manner, ensuring I understood what was being done and how to maintain the new fixture moving forward.

Danny's customer service skills are truly commendable. He was not only friendly and approachable, but also incredibly patient, answering all of my questions without hesitation. His informative nature made me feel confident in the work being done, and I appreciated his attention to detail — he made sure to leave the area neat and tidy, restoring my space to its original condition after the job was complete.

The technician was very nice unfortunately the appointment was supposed to be for the day prior, between the hours of 12 and 430. No one called, texted, emailed/communicated with me at all that day. I had to call in at 5 o’clock to ask what the status was. That’s when I was told that because I have a tankless hot water heater, I needed a ‘special’ technician (The technician that installed, it was one of their guys and he said it’s very easy to flush them. I could look up the instructions on YouTube and do it myself. But somehow I need a *special* technician?) and the special technician they had on that day, they were hoping he would be available but they weren’t sure so they just left the appointment open, hoping he could get to it. When he couldn’t, no one called me to tell me he wasn’t coming. A little disappointing, Four hours of my day wasted; I could’ve been doing something else with my time(which is valuable to me). When I called, they said they could have somebody the next day between nine and noon. That’s fantastic. The technician showed up in that time window, was very courteous, & respected my home. However, I was charged almost $500 for a service that if you look up the average cost is $100-$300. When calling up to ask for an explanation on the high price we were told there’s no general set amount for flushing a tankless hot water heater. They just decide how much it is based on how much work they have to do for the flush. That makes absolutely no sense to me. You have a job, you set a price for doing that job, and if there’s anything extra that needs to be done because you find issues, then you discuss the overages and charges at that time and what work needs to be done. There was also a note that the brand new hot water heater I had installed by them last year is showing signs of deterioration already. I’m not a plumber so I can’t say anything about the actual work that was done. I’m just slightly disappointed that there is a large possibility the unit they installed, isn’t going to last as long as they said it will, and it seems they saw a woman who doesn’t know what to expect and decided to charge her $483 ($429.70 after tax & with an $80 coupon he found) for a service that should cost $150, $300 max, especially since the unit is only just over one year old. If they installed it correctly, it should last 20 years (according to their technician.) The staff were amazing but I don’t think I will be using them again because of the inability to keep me updated on the 1st appointment since:
1: I waited around all day for nothing.
2; There’s a big possibility their unit is defective if it’s starting to fail after one year. 3: I also feel like I was taken advantage of because I’m a woman whose husband wasn’t around to say, hey almost $500 is a little much.
This is my true and honest opinion.

Since I bought my home, I have encountered several issues, and I’m not very handy. However, the service team has always been polite and understanding. They come out on the same day whenever I have a problem, and I am very grateful for the assistance they provide. They take the time to explain everything to me, and I find their prices to be quite affordable. Additionally, they send me emails detailing what was done, along with pictures for my personal records.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Fink as my technician. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Unfortunately, my child had thrown a toy down the toilet, but Mr. Fink went above and beyond by opening it up and successfully retrieving it. I truly appreciate his patience and professionalism.
