When it comes to deciding to build new construction there are a million things that go into the process. Thankfully, we were able to work with Danielle who made the process seamless when it came to picking options, getting information on financing and assisting with the process from beginning to end. Having someone that cares as much as Danielle did from the day of signing the contract to closing day made the process so much easier. Beyond thrilled we had the opportunity to work with Danielle, thank you again!!!

Ryan Homes has been an amazing experience thus far to work with! We made an appointment with Danielle Lewko, and immediately after meeting her, we knew right away how knowledgeable she was. I had the best experience building our home. First person we met was Danielle who was our sales rep. She truly made the process such an ease, and was always available for questions and concerns. She went above and beyond for us time and time again. We worked with Melissa from NVR who was patient, and so educational. She reworked numbers for me a million times, and never made me feel like a bother. Last but not least, our PM Dan was a dream. He may have hated me for how much I didn’t know and he had to explain to me, but he never let on. What should have been a stressful process he made so much fun. I honestly wish I was friends with all of them, because the process was so enjoyable and they all played such an intricate part in such an important moment in my family’s lives.
When we first came to Ryan Homes we thought we were ruling it out of our process of buying our forever home. I am so glad we did it. Our house is everything we dreamed of and more. Our daughter is happy, our dogs are happy, and we couldn’t ask for more than that.
