Me and my wife have be tentants here for about 25 years. Our apartment is a large as apartment go .And if there is ever a problem They are out to take care of it quickly. We are very happy with them and could imagine living anywhere else.

I have lived in these apartments for a good while with my mother. We lived in a one bedroom for about five years and we recently moved into a two bedroom. The apartments are well-kept and the neighborhood is nice. The other residents are friendly and most of them keep to themselves. It is a quiet easy living place. If you want to live in a residence that is safe, quiet, and exceptionally friendly this is the place.

The best place I’ve ever lived! All amenities included besides electric and rent is already super competitive to begin with. On top of all of that the maintenance team is beyond amazing especially Jim who always goes above and beyond. (I can’t stress this enough) That man deserves the biggest raise for all he does for somerdale manor and green valley
