Great Living Experience & Excellent Maintenance Team!

I’ve really enjoyed living at Essex & Crane. The building is well-maintained, and the community has a great atmosphere.
One of the standout aspects of living here is the maintenance team. They are always professional, quick to respond, and go above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of. Whether it’s a minor fix or a more urgent request, they handle it efficiently and with a great attitude. It’s reassuring to know that the team genuinely cares about keeping the building in top shape and making sure residents are comfortable.

Currently, at my 14-month mark, my lease will be up in a few months. It's an immaculate place, very tidy to live in, with great neighbors. Any concerns I had were taken care of swiftly. Leasing are always respectful and understanding. Additionally, I've never had one missing package which I can appreciate. Little to no complaints about Essex and Crane. The road next to the train needs to be done OVER(NJ-transit owns that road, I've been told).... I would love a balcony next lease, so I will be looking forward to renewing my lease for a 1-bedroom den (hopefully it opens up).

I enjoyed my tour at Essex& Crane. The apartments have very high end finishes,.prime location, modern amenities like gym, parking, recreation room and more. There are lots of shops, restaurants and other attractions. Here are some adjectives to describe these luxurious apts., big, cozy, comfortable, convenient, huge, loft, modern, neat, nice, quiet, elegant, bright, charming and stylish. You must check it out.

I have been living at Essex and Crane for a few months now and it has truly exceeded my expectations. The amenities are great, from the state-of-the-art fitness center to the beautiful lounge. Every detail has luxury and comfort.

What sets this place apart though is the amazing team behind the scenes. I want to commend Jerry, Yolanda, and Tyler in the leasing office.They go above and beyond every single day to make sure the resident experience is nothing short of top-tier. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to excellence does not go unnoticed.

I also want to thank Cesar, the maintenance manager, for his hard work in keeping everything in the building running smoothly. He’s always quick to address any concerns and ensures the building stays in pristine condition.

This team genuinely makes Essex and Crane feel like home. Their efforts are truly appreciated!

You definitely get your moneys worth here. Always clean/being cleaned, smells good at all times, great maintenance staff that handles request quickly and does regular maintenance, and the area around the building is nice and quiet. Truly a great place to live.
