Average experience. Property manager (Manny) was very nice and was responsive. Maintenance staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable. However, it was very apparent that the owners of the property did not want to spend any money or make updates/ repairs. Fees seemed high. There was a monthly fee per pet in addition to pet deposit (non refundable.) Plus a monthly furnace filter fee. Rent went up at lease renewal $100 per month. Owners unexpectedly decided to sell the property so our lease was not renewed and we had to move with 60 day notice.

Since moving into a property, they manage, for several years now me and my family have continued to beg for assistance in getting maintenance. Originally the previous family who rented the property owned dogs. Upon moving in we were promised new carpet to alleviate the overwhelming smell of dogs. Upon getting our carpets professionally cleaned the first time were as well as management were advised of just how bad the carpets were throughout the property and in need of replacement. Management informed us after weeks of back and forth begging for services promised to be rendered that the owner refused to replace the carpet and to clean it ourselves.
Our kitchen has flooded multiple times due to the dishwasher (and sink) having since malfunctioned (this was not due to user error). We once again spent weeks asking management to fix the problem only to be told that a dishwasher is not an essential item that required being replaced or fix. Fair enough, but when we tried to stress the potential of the damage being done to the property due to the water issue it only fell on deaf ears. We were instead told to limit our use of the fossette to prevent excess water damage. Shortly after our sink completely stopped working and thus began another cycle of me as well as my wife calling begging for assistance only this time stressing the essential need for running water. We went days before receiving services and once completed the fossette that replaced the old was not properly attached thus continuing it to leak water and nearly fall after each use. This has continued to do so for some time now and is never met with a response when asking for proper repairs to be made. We had our bathtub head come undone during use causing water to flow out for several day before maintenance would come to service it and in doing so only turning our water off. We were unable to turn the water off ourselves due to the pluming being located in the walls. Yet another time when me and my family were expected to go without water. After “maintenance” was completed we were left with cleaning up the mess left by maintenance as well as a huge hole in our wall due to the copper piping needing to be replaced which we were told to “not touch it due to it only being temporary and potentially coming undone and flooding our townhome”. We have since covered it with cardboard to avoid our small children from tampering with it. The hole remains, and management has no known work orders for the maintenance having been requested.
We have since had multiple issues with our toilets not flushing and overflowing having to manually force feed water to the toilets with plunger in hand to maintain both toilets in our townhome. We have yet to hear back regarding our toilets being serviced. We have called multiple times requesting service only to be told that management would have to get an “ok” from the property owner to service them. Hoping this would be the end and our issues “resolved” but recently we have been having issues with our pluming/toilets yet again. This time we have been having actual feces coming through our toilets on both floors as well as our laundry room. The sewage has soaked into our already bad carpets and has forced us to go without water but only this time without a fridge as well (it no longer works). We did manage to speak with emergency maintenance once and was told to get a cooler for not having a working fridge and in a few days they could get someone to come help with the sewage. Upon getting emergency maintenance to call someone to assist us the worker (not their employee ) informed us that they would have to schedule a return tomorrow to actually fix the issue with our sewage. The issue would be that property would have to ok a return visit the following morning. After explaining to the worker our past experiences, he agreed to call property to schedule a return appointment to fix the issue. It has since been several days with no return visit. Me and my wife have called everyday to speak with someone for assistance on the matter to no avail.

I own a rental property in the Twin Cities and have a tenant who has provided every possible challenge there is in the book. Working with Jen has been wonderful. Together with her team they have provided solutions that have kept the tenant current and the property in good repair. I highly recommend.

This is a very nice place. We moved in Saturday and it was a awesome experience, the neighbors are very kind and the neighborhood is quite. The studio apartment is a really good size. As far as the application process it was very professional and quick. Manny was very helpful with the process.

Not happy with invest property management. We had to give over a $1600 deposit down for our apartment. And when we moved in it had used flooring, and etc. And they did not give us a final walk through because they had no one to come out. And will not give us back our security deposit. Charging us for things we did not do. Not okay at all!! Also they had an awful onsite property manager. AWFUL communication. I would never rent from them ever again. Highly highly disappointed.
