Do not rent from any complex they manage! You will not have your apartment serviced. Very rude unprofessional, broken appliances, frequent extermination (chemicals) request. Poor management broken agreements. Rude upstairs neighbor issues! Kids playing on your front porch that you don't know! No parents supervision, kids will brake your vehicle and the Alpert Group will not respond! Call the police, they said! Dumpsters full of trash!!!!

Called multiple times to speak to billing about a rent related issue. Never received any call back in weeks. The secretary who answered the phone was clueless said something to the effect of business hours are from 9-5 and abruptly transferred me to be greeted by yet another voicemail. Going around in circles trying to get 1 reply to 1 question.

No one should ever do business with these scums. They are building homes for low income and treat the low income in tenants with the most disrespect. The man who answers is very rude and harsh almost yelling at me through the phone. If you are one day late with rent they will have you all tied up in court with court papers and fees all for one day. If someone is late on there mortgage one day the bank does not work like that but I guess when you are renting to lower or mixed income the idea is "let's break'em for everyday dollar they have" and let's be aggressive and rude about. BEWARE!!! I wish I could give negative 0. Despicable. Why would the city of orange do business with these men

Fantastic people! Truly the most philanthropic individuals I have ever encountered! Their office staff is always exceedingly helpful and friendly. The business world needs more people like these people. 5+ stars!

Very unprofessional! Spoke to a “person” in their office named Stacy, very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional! Worst experience I’ve ever had. Is this a business or did I just call a pay phone on the street corner? Wow!
