The entire staff at Blue Onyx are phenomenal. I had to change my move in date a couple of times and they were more than accomodating. I love the amenities in my building. I would recommend this apartment building to anyone interested in a safe, clean and quiet building. Patricia, Deena and James were awesome. And so was the manager. I was looking for an a comfortable affordable apartment. A close friend of mine told me about blue Onyx managemen, Best choice. They took care of you with such pleasant manner, I felt like I was definitely dealing with honest and trustworthy people, I remember speaking to Patricia and she was super professional and caring and Dina showed you the apartment she was very nice and polite. Best costumer service you have ever received!!! They showed me amazing aparments finally I decided on this beautiful apartment you couldn’t wait so you put your deposit right away. Now you’re living in the apartment of your dreams in East Orange NJ. I'm very thankful and would strongly recommend blue Onyx management.

I have rented from this company for two years and my experience with them was wonderful maintenance was always there when you called the Receptionist were always friendly and helpful.

Update: after vacated the apartment which I made sure it was clean and no damages they didn’t not give my full security saying I didn’t clean and they had to paint and when I called and asked them about it and I told I had video of the apartment after I left they told me I had to take them to court to get my security which I think that in fair to me.

Blue Onyx is a God send to ne and my girls. They truly care about people and the community. I need to say they really really say that blue Onyx afforded my girls and I a better way to improve our quality of living. The staff has great excellent personalities and are great people. There is a blessing of great multitude to these people of this company. So I'm in the apt. Now and its peaceful. My daughter says this is the best Christmas present. My granddaughter is living her own room finally. Blue onyx made it happen. A special kind of people. I still appreciate blue Onyx, but one of the tenants used deceitful words to the office, we've only been in the backyard once and we've corrected that mistake weeks ago. The building is kept clean and quiet. We mind our business and pray that others do the same. Blue onyx, our pet does not use the backyard. Since patricia the office keeps hanging up saying she has other calls. Her actions does not effect my gratitude for the betterment of me and my girls gratitude for the apartment and we are continuously working hard, abiding by the rules to continue our stay here. Thanks again 4 months later.

Nohemy and patricia have been excellent they’re very helpful with any issues you have. The apartments are clean and up to date. The lights and bright which is great for a woman lol. The blue onyx management team is great in general and understand any situations

The actual worse management company. I have called within working hours to get answers about the apartment to be told that they aren't open and that they'll take my message and call me back... That sounds nice and all until they proceed to never get back to you. I had to call 4 more times within the next week to finally get an answer. All of this could be avoided if they at least at representation at their building which for at least the last 6 months they have not. Please if you see this name on the front of a building for lease, do not move in.

I have been living in my apartment for more than a year now and I am very happy with the company. They helped me find an apartment that was perfect for me and my family. Every time I contact the office they responde to my requests and answer any questions I have. I am definitely looking forward to renewing my contract !
