Tried to talk to the people on the number for Munn ave and they just hung up on me before I said anything. Yall suck and that was insanely unprofessional. Don’t even go here, the laundry machines are broken. My packages keep getting stolen from the lobby. This building is ass and so is the service 1/10.

The people that live in the building are pretty good and so are the workers. I do however don't like the apartments. The paint is slowly chipping on the ceilings and walls and it doesn't look very great. The appliances are outdated and don't work very well . It's a waste of money if you want a quality long term apartment. Worst apartment I've ever been in compared to the others on South munn ave.

It is very quiet and safe in this building. The apartments are very spacious and lots of closet space also. My favorite part is the fireplace that makes the living room elegant and sophisticated, very convenient for hanging the stockings with gifts at Christmas. I was a former tenant for 15 years and I really would like to get back in there, because its very convenient for me since I commute by public transportation.
