This is the first apartment that both my boyfriend and I have rented on our own and the process could not have been easier and better explained. Everything is brand new and looks modern. We have now lived here 5 months and have no issues at all. My only critique was moving in since we were one of the first people to move in the move in date kept changing but management kept us updated as well as offered us a hotel room. If you are new to the rental scene or just in the working class this apartment is ideal!

I’ve been living at this property for about 5 months and the experience has been wonderful so far! The units are brand new and very clean and the bathrooms have a nice modern feel to them! Everything you need is right there on site from laundry facilities, a gym, and storage lockers! The area itself is quite and access to major highways are very accessible. The on-site staff are very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to assist in any way they can!

The apartments were beautiful. However, some packages were lost, loud neighbors at certain times, the laundry room was bad at times especially when it came to the washer that left clothes soak with water and not to mention at certain times I felt unsafe because of certain people that lived in the building like the time police officers came looking for someone in the building.

The entire experience with Blue Onyx Realty was phenomenal. I had to change my move in date a couple of times and they were more than accommodating. I love the property and the amenities that it has. I would recommend this realty co. and property to anyone and everyone I know who wants an affordable, quiet, safe building to reside in. I lived at 18 Summit Street apartments for 2 years. Space is very clean management is very nice and friendly. Nice place to for aua starter apartment with amenaties such as laundry, exersice room (light equipment), on site supervisor. Close to public transportation and highways. Pet friendly.

living here for a few months now and everything is good for my first apartment. At first I thought it was too small but once I got all my future and regular needed items it’s the prefect size for me. Brand new apartment, big bathroom, clean building, parking spot, live in super, control of my own heat big plus, gym, on site laundry, walking distance to NJ transit brings you straight into penn station. Shops near by For the price what more can I ask for.

Close to Rt. 280 and parkway. Very clean building inside and outside, parking on site, nice apartment units, decent neighbors, and I love that they have laundry room in the building; very convenient! 🙂 The leasing agent is professional and the Super is very nice and attentive to the tenants! 🙂
