Best storage company I've ever used. The staff is helpful, and taught me how to use the old elevator, and have even run up the stairs to retrieve the elevator on a few occasions when it wasn't on the ground floor. I had no issues with the unit itself and no damage to my items stored (granted, I followed the rules and stored my items properly) but no damage whatsoever. They also have those helpful carts that are big and were great for moving my heavier items! Store your belongings with Prime Storage! 🙂

Rented a unit (3102) for temporary storage space during a move to Newark. Their staff was extremely helpful and made setting up my account and moving in extremely easy. I just cancelled, because I no longer need the unit. They were just as helpful and made it just as easy on the way out. I highly recommend Prime Storage. Special thanks to Jabriel.

The employees here are amazinggggg. They will literally walk the building to greet you if they dont see you come in. They will help you get carts when none available. We even get personal elevator service if they are not helping other customers. my lock to my unit broke and they were supposed to charge me to remove it but NOPE. Chris actually gave it to me free of charge. Best service ever and prices are definitely reasonable!!!!

The staff who run this facility are extremely professional and helpful, the units are spacious, and the hours are great considering many other facilities close early. I return from work late and needed a place to store furniture temporarily while moving to a new apartment. Jabriel was especially helpful and provided excellent customer service! I will definitely be returning in the future when I am in need of Prime’s storage services again.
