I was in a rented apartment and the view from window was amazing throughout the year! Building is very nice, concierge service is always available. There are some issues though, flooring is just wooden because of which slight footsteps also can disturb your neighbors living downstairs. We faced this complaint issue for about good 9 months! Though it was resolved later but we used to get unnecessary calls from concierge after 1:00 am even if we walked from bedroom to bathroom! Covered Parking is very very costly and two blocks away from 330 station. It was a task during snow and rains to get to your car. Amenities are ok. During pandemic all the amenities were shut down and yet charged. Rent was not increased during pandemic.1 bhk apartments do no have bathtub in bathroom. Street parking is never available on weekends because of huge crowd in AhPizz. It was difficult whenever guests visited us with their personal vehicle.
Management is very cooperative, but building has issues.

This is my first month anniversary and I can definitely say that I’m loving my apartment! The management and maintenance is super quick and helpful if you need any assistance. They are all very nice and professional people, including staff and security! The pool and other common areas are kept very clean which is highly important to me. The location is also very convenient to commute, PATH is literally in walking distance! I am so far happy to be a resident at Harrison Collection! Two thumbs up.

by the courtyard and the privacy! The building
maintenance team is very professional, punctual
and extremely nice! Overall the building is very
well kept and the landscaping team is absolutely
impecable with their work !!

The building is nice, with a well kept courtyard. The staff is generally friendly except Colin (the concierge).
Having Colin at the main door with his passive aggressive behaviour and confrontational attitude makes it unpleasant living there. I believe he mistook us for someone else when being confrontational as he certainly did not have the correct facts.
In summary, I think 330’s management needs to work on training their front staff to bring up their ratings because a 4.0 rating is pretty poor given Urby (next door) has a much higher one.

It’s not all cracked up to be here. I moved out and these people charged me $3000+ for ceiling damages when the people upstairs from me had a water leak that came into my apartment which broke my kitchen light and damaged the ceiling and I fell on the water coming into my apartment one morning when I got in from work which I have proof of hospital bills, pictures, videos, and also reaching out to them to have the maintenance come to fix the problem. Don’t move here they over charged and everything is made cheap!

We have recently moved here from NYC and we love our new apartment. Great space and amenities for you to relax after a long and busy day in the city. 330 Harrison is just a 3 mins walk from the Harrison path station and the train gets you to NYC in 25 mins.

Management is friendly and very responsive on any repair issues. They keep the building and surrounding very clean and green. If you are looking to move somewhere near NYC but don’t want to be in the city, this is a great place to be.
