My husband and I have lived here at Jefferson Village for 20 yrs. We recently retired and moved away. It was great place to live and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Shout out to manager Sue who has always been helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

I had a parking situation which I called corporate office for spoke to Amanda, When I first moved in they claim I signed paperwork regarding a parking ticket that if I lost/miss placed there is a $200.00 charge which I was never notified of. They claim it’s all in the paperwork I signed however my lease signing was very rushed and at the time of they made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. 2 years in living now I need to park in the back of the apartments and I am being told I can’t without that sticker unless I pay 200$. Very frustrating situation got a very flat answer seems like they don’t care to listen. Definitely not the energy I received when I signed my lease. They don’t care.

I have lived at 60 Washington st in east orange for 8 years never once late with my payment today I went to go get my security deposit back and they tried to give me 22 dollars back out of over 900 saying I owe them money it’s a complete lie DCA owe them them money so money and they made up these lies the place was always infected with mice am not a nasty person but we be in court cases I have many people that can tell the judge that everything was taken care of just 4 things was left by accident they are criminals don’t rent from Martha will do everything they say and karma is trust me when I say they will not get away with this

Currently living in sunrise village on Arlington ave and this management is a real failure. They used to be prompt and care for the residents before the management change. Now that the new supervisor name Marta took position, they don't do nothing. She is very rude and unprofessional when talking to residents , i have to get our bathroom tub and sink paint, but it has been more than a month and still nobody show up . Even my neighbors down stair has to call his brother in the city to get his bathroom fix because water was licking from the top.When you call Marta she is telling that people have been on a waiting list for even a year. This is total negligence! Don't come in these apt iam telling you .
Iam currently looking for somewhere else to move.

If I can put 0 start I’ll do it I’m a single mom with a baby they demanding too much annual income for a $975 apart that not even make sense corsa mangment is in all Nj and Single mom in a rush no have opportunities to rent this sucks

Thought this would be a good place for new start, absolutely NOT. The coldest day of winter this far and I wake up No hot water and no heat, called maintenance and was told at 7am they cut it off give him a few minutes and he will cut it back on. I'm sorry is this not included in my rent why would it be cut off . I left message for office let's see if they respond it's like a toss of the coin. No one still haven't called me about the dangerous gas exposure from incompetent maintenance workers. Now you telling me you cut heat and hot water off REALLY

Awefull place to live in. No heat during the winter time. These appartments are simply horrible. When you contact them about the heat they do nothing about it. Everyone is complaining, still they don't do anything about it. It's clear they don't care about their residents. To future residents find another place, don't come here, you'll regret it.

I’m turning in my 60 day notice TODAY. I’ve been in my apartment for 6 years now and it’s really sad that I have to leave because it’s simply a horrible place to live. Why have I been there for so long then? This was my first apartment on my own, I’m a single mom trying to keep a roof over my kid’s head, I moved there barely out of high school, and to be honest I should have left years ago. Bugs, mice, old buildings that are LITERALLY falling apart. I’m now in a rush to leave because there are huge cracks in the walls, ceiling and floor and they are literally doing NOTHING about it . All I’m getting is a “we’ll get back to you”. Meanwhile, my daughter and I are supposed to sleep there at night. Scared out of my mind the building might collapse or something and they’re literally doing nothing except putting it off. And I know FOR A FACT other buildings have had to have repairs done to the foundation because I’ve seen men out there doing structural repairs. I asked if I can leave sooner than 60 days because I’m afraid it’s not safe, and the rental manager is still telling me it has to be 60 days and I still have to wait until maintenance can get around to MAKING SURE IM NOT LIVING IN A DEATH TRAP smh I’m in woodland springs specifically, I know this company manages many properties. I can’t speak for the rest of them, but my advice is to stay away from this one.
