The place has roaches in the hall and the apartments. I had way to many issues with that place and I am so happy to be out of there. I had multiple packages stolen and they refused to look on camera and do anything. I have hundreds of photos of roaches in the halls and the apartments. The property is not safe for kids at all. They drink daily in front of the building. Kids and people who don't even live in the building of 279 Goldsmith Avenue hang out in the halls. I Seen people getting high in the laundry room. I had 2wo cars get stolen on camera and they refused to look at the tape. Tenants was throwing trash out the window because they where to lazy to go downstairs. They moved in a crack addict across from me. And he sells it to the other tenants. If your ok with all that then that's the place for you. If your desperate and need a place asap then that's the place for you. Some people need to see to believe it. I did my part by telling the truth and how my experience was. Dont go there thinking that it's a fresh start because it's not. You will have more stress than anything else. The owners do not care about you and your safety. They just want your money. I am so happy to be out of that lease!!!

I have a good credit score but was denied an apartment due to an arrest that led to no conviction. When I asked for my application and letter of denial stating so, I was given the run around and told I’d receive it via email. I still haven’t received it to date. One of the agents showing me apartments also asked me what nationality I was due to my last name being “different”. COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT

I was upset when I made my first review because I thought I was being ignored that was not the case she was on vacation I do feel however that someone should have took her place in case of an emergency but got called this morning and they are coming in the morning to do the what needs to be done and I’m happy about that thank you Tatiana sorry about the confusion

Tenants beware; Look elsewhere!! The WORST Management for apartments rentals. The receptionist are VERY RUDE, and their behavior are condoned by the office management. They don't care about the upkeep or the tenant well-being. The outwards appearances are far from what it looks like internally' . They also need to invest in a proper super to maintain it's appropriate care. The asking rent, should be supported by a well maintained building.

This new management with Pessy as the receptionist to be honest really sucks. They never call you and they just add charges to your rent without giving you valid reasons. The previous management with Moshe were quite understanding compared to these new set of people. W e had roaches in our apartment and I have reach out to them countless number of times but to no avail!

BEWARE!

Property is shiny for move in, but THEN, the critters eat through the walls and when it too late you realize you were hustled by slumlords. After signing a contract and meeting with the most attentive agents like Berry, all further contact will be via email or online. No direct contact to their office. Staff is like a revolving door. In the heart of the ghetto. Do not waste you time with this company.

The worst customer service/receptionist dealing with the public I've ever came across in all my life. Hangs up on you, gets smart and impatient with you. Incompetent can't give you any information about your account and get upset with you because they not able to do they job UGH I'm a fairly reasonable patient person but HORRIBLE customer service will make me come out of my character Lori and the other two in that office needs to be trained in public relations/customer service ASAP...Or find a job that don't require etiquette, patience or professionalism.
