I wish I could give 0 stars. Where do I begin, my grandmother is disabled. She has a learning disability and hard of hearing so doing a lot of things with her required patience. The director Peggy is a nasty woman, she could care less about her disability. She’s rude and disrespectful to her. When she goes there they ask her to fill out a form that she can’t fill out, every single time. It never fails. They are very aware they she can’t but continue to ask her. These people should not be working in a senior building or dealing with the public with their lack of patience.

Poor communication, no one answers the phones ,can’t leave a message cause it’s always full . I’ve spoke to the supervisor and the Director via email and still can’t get my situation resolved ! It’s sad but yet we have to pay for their error and lack of communication! I really want to leave Essex County because seems the system is designed to make you fail here
