Supervisor was polite however the young lady who answered the phone after I called was very
Rude I was recommended by the director so I got two different numbers to call …! thinking it was for a different department I called the second number , the young lady who picked up the phone said you just spoke to supervisor already !! Basically “why you’re calling again “that’s how you treat anyone ?!!!

Purchased a property and the inspector forced unnecessary cosmetic and aesthetic changes. Once the changes were fixed, it took about 3 months to receive an updated inspection after consistently calling every week. Each appointment I had, the inspector forgot and I had to call and remind him that he didn't show up. I passed inspection about 3 months ago and still waiting and calling for the certificate. Not sure if it's my specific inspector or the department but I've had a bad experience from the beginning. What should have taken 6 months is going on 18 months.

Inspector refuse to provide me with his name and email and contact info. He refuse to explain the process of my complaint. He tried to convince me that other tenants reside at the building for years without making a complaint. Which I interpret I am making an unnecessary complaint. He is too partial for the property manager and superintendent. Make me say hmmmmmmmmmm. Why?
