First and Foremost I want to say that Ms.Trotman is the best! Not only does she go above and beyond, but she is so sweet and nice! She actually takes her time with you and doesn’t have a nasty attitude. Very knowledgeable, patient and solves any problem you may have to better your situation. Definitely need more people like her working for Housing, because even just calling other offices people can be so nasty and rude but I’ve never experienced that from her! Ms. Trotman is a Great woman and puts a lot of effort into her job, you can tell she actually likes what she does. It was a pleasure having her as my caseworker!

Ms. Ortiz went above and beyond for me with the help of Ms. Priolo today. Both of these ladies helped me so much today I cannot express how I walked in the building feeling so helpless like there was nothing I can do being in the situation I was in and Ms. Ortiz helped me so quickly. She was helping other clients and myself at the same time. She was extremely attentive towards myself and the other clients she needed to help. I can say that when she would step out to help someone else she was reassuring me every moment she was still helping me with what I needed help with. Thank you so much!! I wish i can give more of my appreciation to these two ladies. They worked very hard and endlessly with me today.

Mrs Shonette Trotman is such an incredible amazing person she always there to help me with my questions or concerns she has helped me and my daughter who is disabled she explaines everything she answers any questions that we may have she help us get through the process of the yearly paperwork with ease she goes above and beyond to make sure we get through this process with out a problem she has been a blessing to us and we appreciate her so much we don’t know what we would have done without her thank you Mrs Trotman you are a God sent and may he continue blessing you

My application was selected in the 2022 lottery and unfortunately I moved in 2023 and did not update my information. I was disappointed when I learned that I was contacted and missed an appt for eligibility. I came to the office as a walk-in and I must say Ms. Joyner made day. She handled my questions and concerns with care and I was able to update my information with ease. I am looking forward to building a great relationship with EOHA. Thank you again Ms. Joyner!

They are so unprofessional You can't even get the number for heard from them. They act like they don't know anything talking about. You can just call 211 somebody really Needs to look into these people that work at these housing buildings here. Iny storage, they need to take a few tests or something. It's like they just hood bound. They're no help at all. They will lie to you, it makes no sense.
