East Orange Building Department needs customer service training especially Kim Sikes . Very very disturbing attitude. I was taken aback at her presentation. Eye rolling is extremely unprofessional. I hope the employees understand that they are representing the city of East Orange. SMH. I’ve been to a few building departments and this is by far the worst !

Good customer service is not provide at this location. People are rude, they have an attitude and don’t wait for them to attend you when you walk into the office, they will leave you standing at the desk till they feel they want to assist you. How are these people still working at this facility?

East Orange Is Beyond Nasty and Disrespectful I lived here for More Then 15 years and I watched how the Leaders Of The Town Does Nothing to Help With Slum Lords I done watch Building Mysteriously Catch Fire and Labeled uninhabitable To Allow Buyers To come in and Gentrified The Community I Live in what once was the best Building on South harrison Now out of 365 days 160 of those days the elevator is down and East orange does nothing no matter how many complaints come in from the tenets of My building this Department is a Shame and a Waste Of Tax Paying dollars
