Dirty water provided for tenants with no remorse or concern from management. This is the THIRD TIME, my water has looked like this randomly on a weekend when conveniently the office is closed and I can’t contact the state. Therefore leaving me to have to figure it out until the weekdays, then when I bring it to JJ attention, he tells me to LEAVE IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH HOW HE RUNS HIS BUILDING!!!! Im disgusted! So you mean to tell me anyone would be happy to receive this type of water to their unit It makes me question when the water runs clear, if that’s even good water to use!!! My child and I had to use drinking water to bathe and everything else. This is unacceptable! Why should I pay rent but have to go to hotels to shower on the weekends when they play with my water Not only am I contacting the city but enough is enough. I’m going to take every action I can for the foolish I’ve had to endure from this place. Don’t move here even if you have no other choice it isn’t worth it.

Do not move into any of their properties. They are poorly managed and very dirty. Property management is a complete joke! Allows violent tenants to antagonize tenants who actually pay cash. A lot of section 8 tenants so be ready for yelling and fighting

Worst every me and my 3 kids are sitting here in the dark because fire was coming out the thermostat and I had to call the fire department and basically southedge property group told me that there is nothing they can do so they want me and 3 kids to sit here in the dark all night with no air or nothing
