I am truly disappointed by my recent experience. I arrived for my scheduled oil change with other concerns regarding low tire pressure (these tires truly attract nails) and squeaky breaks.

My advisor greeted me with quite the annoyed and bothered attitude. She started at her computer the whole time and seemed annoyed when asking questions. Additionally, when called to give me an update on my vehicle she proceeded to tell me I would have to pay for services without even looking over my account in full to see the coverage I have on the vehicle. She then proceeded to tell me they would have to keep my car but could not provide me with a loaner and I would have to find my way home (Hudson County). When I explained I had no way to get home they were able to patch my tire and she would call me right back when she got confirmation they could do this.

I ended up having to go to her desk and ask for an update over an hour later since I did not hear from her and was greeted with the same annoyed attitude and asking for me to be patient.

After waiting for 4 hours she attempted to give me my keys to walk out and get my car somewhere in the parking lot without having it pulled up by staff. The car was actually all the way in the back of the building. Eventually it was brought around and only to find the car was still quite dirty even when asking for the courtesy car wash of the outside only. Also, the squeaky breaks were not fixed.

Overall, this was quite the disappointing experience for a dealership I’ve truly enjoyed going to prior. I am not sure if this specific woman is new but I have asked to speak to the general manager.

Beware - Service department are thieves!

On not one, but TWO separate occasions during service in the last year, I had items of importance stolen / tampered with. The first being my husband’s Purple Heart plaque. It was above my visor and removed from my vehicle and conveniently held onto by BMW. (In this appointment the work was on the A/C vent). I never received a call that they even had it; after looking everywhere throughout the car and in the house I called them on a whim. They nonchalantly told me that they had it.

Most recently, during a service appointment (to fix my rear cup holders), I have buried in my middle console a family member of the PBA President badge and wallet. It was taken out, bent, used, and kept. There are also glue marks on the front, as it appears someone taped it to their car window. (Photos attached). When I showed up, I was only given this card that was clearly tampered with, and the accompanying wallet with the badge it goes in was missing. I was told there was “no record” as to whom the technician was that worked on my vehicle that day, and the wallet is unfortunately missing and cannot be recovered.

Not only will I never return to this BMW location for service, but I will be taking this matter up with the appropriate authorities, considering someone was illegally posing as me using this badge (and still has it) to this day.

I discovered this vehicle on a Tuesday morning through their website and promptly contacted them. I received an immediate call back and scheduled a test drive for Saturday. Upon reviewing the vehicle's condition and history, I was confident it was the right choice. I requested that the paperwork be completed within four hours on the same day. Remarkably, they managed to complete it within three hours, including the test drive time. This experience has been the best in my entire car-buying history. Sales Representative Anthony was attentive, communicative, and honest, significantly easing my decision-making process. Facilitating such a swift transaction is challenging, but his manager, Mr. Han, ensured I left with the vehicle and a teddy bear for my daughter's first birthday that same day. I look forward to do more business with this team and dealership in the future.

I have bought cars from Freehold BMW Princeton BMW but by far my best experiences have been with Circle BMW. From sales to service and invited to private events at the store, the Circle groups the best.
I also recommend Rue Costa when getting your vehicle serviced. Excellent customer service down earth and treats you with total respect.

Fantastic experience. Just drove home in my new 7 series. Ed and Carlos were amazing. Super easy to deal with and had everything ready for me. Carlos took the extra time to go over the entire car with me and did not want me to leave until I was completely comfortable. I will be buying my next vehicle here.

Danny Wong was super helpful in finding me the right next vehicle. I told him was I was looking for and he was able to pull inventory that fit my description and even with some company limitations at the time and busier time of year was able to find a great car at a price I felt comfortable with. He was friendly and knowledgeable- I would definitely work with both him and Circle again!
