Williams Investments stands as a notable entity within the real estate sector, specifically focusing on apartment management and rental services. Operating from its headquarters located at 2517 Colby Ave, Everett, WA 98201, the agency has established itself as a key player in the local housing market. Their primary business activities center around the management and rental of apartment buildings and properties, offering a comprehensive suite of services designed to cater to both property owners seeking effective management and tenants in search of quality housing accommodations.

Core Services and Specialties

The core business of Williams Investments revolves around two main pillars: functioning as a professional apartment rental agency and managing apartment buildings. This dual focus allows them to serve clients in different capacities. For property owners, they offer full-service property management, encompassing tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting. This service is crucial for individuals or entities looking to invest in real estate without the burdens of direct day-to-day management.

Simultaneously, Williams Investments directly serves tenants by listing available units across their portfolio of apartment buildings. Their expertise lies in finding suitable housing solutions for individuals and families, emphasizing responsive communication and tailored assistance throughout the rental process. The goal is to provide not just a place to live, but a smooth and satisfactory experience from initial inquiry through to move-in and beyond.

Business Location and Accessibility

Located at 2517 Colby Ave in Everett, Washington (zip code 98201), Williams Investments occupies a strategic position within the city's real estate landscape. Everett, being a growing city in Washington state, offers a diverse rental market, and Williams Investments is well-positioned to navigate its unique characteristics. This location allows them to effectively serve residents within the immediate Everett area and potentially surrounding communities seeking apartment rentals.

A critical aspect of their service philosophy, highlighted in their accessibility features, is ensuring that their physical premises are welcoming and functional for everyone. The company boasts a wheelchair accessible entrance and a wheelchair accessible parking lot. This commitment to accessibility reflects a dedication to inclusivity and ensuring that potential clients, whether property owners meeting with representatives or tenants visiting the office, can do so comfortably and without barriers. This focus on physical accessibility extends metaphorically to their customer service approach, aiming to provide equitable support and information to all individuals seeking their services.

Informed Decision-Making with Available Information

Prospective clients or tenants interested in engaging with Williams Investments have access to several channels of information. The most direct methods include contacting them via their provided telephone number, 425-355-0353, or visiting their official website, www.williamsinvest.com. These resources likely offer detailed listings, information about their property management services, and potentially online tools for inquiries or leasing processes.

Beyond direct contact, the reputation of any service-oriented business is significantly influenced by client feedback. Williams Investments maintains a presence on Google My Business, where it currently holds 56 reviews. While an average rating of 2.1 out of 5 indicates a mixed reception or potential areas for improvement from the customer perspective, it's also essential to consider the specific experiences shared. For instance, testimonials often highlight positive interactions, such as the experience with Meaghan, described as helpful, communicative, and efficient in facilitating moves, even when unexpected delays occurred. These positive anecdotes demonstrate the agency's capacity to deliver personalized and supportive service, which is a strong point of recommendation for potential users. Interested parties can explore these reviews to gain a more nuanced understanding of the typical client interactions and service quality they might expect.

Understanding the Client Experience and Reputation

The feedback received by Williams Investments provides valuable insights into the practical aspects of engaging their services. The average rating of 2.1/5, while not stellar, should be contextualized within the diverse experiences reported by their clientele. This rating system aggregates a wide range of interactions, meaning that while some reviews might point towards challenges or shortcomings, others, like the one mentioning Meaghan, emphasize strengths such as responsiveness and problem-solving during difficult times.

For an individual seeking rental services, the mention of a specific agent, Meaghan, suggests that the quality of service can be highly dependent on the assigned team member. This variability is common in service industries where personal interaction plays a significant role. Therefore, while the overall rating offers a general indicator, seeking out specific testimonials regarding the leasing process, communication clarity, and handling of property viewings or issues can provide a more targeted view. The emphasis on helpfulness and understanding in the positive reviews underscores a service-oriented approach, which is generally preferred in the rental and property management sectors. These reviews implicitly recommend Williams Investments for their client-focused service model, particularly praising agents who demonstrate empathy and proactive support.

For property owners considering management services, the feedback might touch upon aspects like maintenance responsiveness, lease enforcement, or communication efficiency. The rating offers a starting point, but deeper investigation through direct inquiry or more detailed review analysis would be advisable. The agency's commitment to accessibility both physically and potentially in terms of communication support further rounds out their profile as a service provider aiming for broad client satisfaction.

Why Choose Williams Investments

Choosing Williams Investments hinges on several key factors that align with common priorities for both tenants and property owners. For tenants seeking rental accommodations, the agency's reputation for employing helpful and communicative agents, as highlighted in positive reviews, is a significant advantage. The experience with Meaghan exemplifies a service standard where responsiveness and understanding are prioritized, ensuring that the rental process, which can often be stressful, is handled smoothly and with empathy. This personalized approach can make a substantial difference in a tenant's decision-making process, fostering trust and satisfaction.

Furthermore, their established presence as a rental agency and property manager signifies a level of professionalism and experience within the Everett real estate market. Successfully managing properties requires market knowledge, administrative capability, and maintenance oversight—areas where Williams Investments appears to have built expertise over time. This experience translates into more predictable service delivery for clients, whether it's finding the right apartment match for a tenant or efficiently handling property management tasks for an owner.

The physical accessibility features mentioned are not just logistical details but also indicators of an inclusive operational mindset. Making the office environment wheelchair accessible demonstrates a commitment to accommodating all potential clients, ensuring that everyone can engage with the services on equal footing. This can be particularly relevant for individuals with mobility challenges or their representatives, providing assurance that their needs are considered both physically and potentially in terms of service delivery.

In essence, Williams Investments positions itself as a service-oriented agency, blending professional property management with a focus on client assistance. While the overall rating suggests there might be room for enhancement in certain areas, the positive testimonials underscore their ability to deliver personalized and supportive service, making them a viable consideration for those in need of quality apartment rentals or property management solutions within the Everett area.

We worked with Meaghan and she was so helpful, communicative and got us moved super fast. We had to push back our move for a few more months due to family emergencies. She was super understanding of our situation, And was right there ready to help us with our moving process when it finally came to it.
I highly recommend Williams investments and Meaghan as an agent!

Scumlords. Lied and Told us water and electricity is included in rent. You’re lucky if the office is open if you need anything. We are good renters and just needed somewhere we could get in quick… absolutely regret using these people.

The apartment we had was very moldy. The carpet was damaged. They charged me to replace the carpet and to clean it. Then the manager Kyle threatened to call to police on me, because I was upset.

DO NOT RENT FROM WILLIAMS INVESTMENT! RENTER BEWARE! I rented an apartment from Williams investment for one year and 6 months. We lived with mold in our apartment for more than 6 months before maintenance sprayed over it with paint and told us the job was finished. More than 8 months we had NO MANAGEMENT on the property to handle any issues.
We moved out leaving the apartment in better condition. Didn't want to continue any more with them once I moved out so I said fine to no deposit BACK. Now a year to the date of us moving out they sent us to collections for unpaid cleaning fees. All of which the NEW manager and I SIGNED A RELEASE PAPER FOR NO CLEANING FEES the day I moved out. YOU WILL REGRET LIVING AND DEALING WITH WILLIAMS INVESTMENT PROPERTIES WHILE YOU RESIDE AND AFTER YOU MOVE OUT.

I have been here for over 5 years now. As with any public living spaces, there are good and not so good tenants. They seem to do a good job of screening. There is an onsite maintenance man to keep things up and running. Good response for repairs. Owner has delayed some upgrades to windows and entry system. Pretty quiet place for the most part.
Location is great for me. Close to all of downtown amenities and close to the high school for good entertainment, be it sports, theater or music events. The low cost of high school entertainment makes it affordable to most everyone. Close to bus transportation which I utilize all the time. Great mountain views on upper floors.
12/31/2021 City eliminated bus route that goes by this location. Owners distributed 14 day eviction notices on the 21st of December! Laundry machines ar poor and not maintained by the 3rd party and owner does not force them to do better!

The customer service is a crap. They promote that you fill out the application for free and that it will be answered in approximately two days and it is not true. The leasing agent Jessie or whatever her name is, she never call me, answered the calls or messages. It's been 3 weeks and they don't respond. I spoke to a supposed manager on the phone and asked her to change me to another leasing agent who wants to do his job and she told me she couldn't do it, meaning another incompetent person who can't make decisions. I don't recommend this people at all.

My experience has been with Molly to get an apartment at Serene Village. Molly has truly been amazing and made this process so easy on us. We were not expecting to have to move so soon, so with the anxiety of not knowing where to go, we were quickly put at ease with her communication and efficiency. I would highly recommend working with her if you are looking to find a new place to call home!

Moved into the fairway apartments in January I noticed roaches on the first day as no one had informed me before move in that the complex had been treated beforehand. I had signed the lease already so I knew I couldn't go anywhere. On the third day the know on my dryer broke and I put in a maintenance request and added that I needed bug screens so I can open the windows for my cats.
4-5 maintenance request later and a bunch of meetings later I still do not have anything I requested.
I've been promised so many different times and seen nothing. My cats sit in this apartment with no relief from the heat so do I.
I can no longer dry my clothes and don't have the money or time to sit at a Laundromat I pay 1495 a month to be ignored do not rent from these people as they do not care.
