I recently purchased a pre owned Mercedes Benz 2022 AMG CLA 35 as a birthday gift for my girlfriend / soon to be fiancé. Since I live in Massachusetts I made the purchase over the phone and Scott Scordo and it has been one of the best experiences I’ve had. This is my first time purchasing a car in another state I was a little nervous at first but I was treated with respect from the first conversation I had with Peter. I requested a video of the vehicle before I applied for it and they sent me multiple videos and photos a couple hours later which was really appreciated. The whole process was seamless and all I had to do on the day of pick up is, meet with the business manager and sign paperwork. I had to take a flight to New Jersey and I wasn’t familiar with the place and Scott gave me great advice on hotels and places I should visit which I really appreciated. This purchase was a surprise and Scott made sure the car was detailed inside and out, full tank of gas and he even put it in a garage with a beautiful red cover. Also the staff were all so polite and friendly and professional. Everyone in the building congratulated me on the purchase ! I will always recommend anyone to purchase a car from this dealership if they are looking for a Range Rover etc. Scott Scordo was professional, his communication skills 10/10. He even followed up two days after I picked up the car to make sure we got home safe . You’re not just dealing with just any car sales man you are dealing with someone who loves what they do and it shows ! Land Rover Monmouth you get a 10/10 all around. I will definitely refer anyone I know to this place!
