We hired LAND Identity to help make our non-conforming lot look better without requiring extensive variances from our town. The creative solutions that Gregg and his team presented to us were fantastic. The thought that went into selecting the right combination of low voltage lighting, plants and shrubs that make sense for our home and neighborhood plus my lack of desire to maintain lots of landscaping was perfect. Also, they took into account the level of privacy we were seeking and the fact that we have three kids (plus their friends) always running around the yard. I have recommended to our friends and clients of my business too. Very easy to work with.

I would highly recommend Land Identity for your next home project. Greg came up with the best design for our new backyard, and we couldn’t be happier with it. It’s awesome!!! Greg’s stellar design concept, attention to detail, and ability to incorporate everything we wanted in our outdoor living space was superb! I worked with Land Identity on a multi phase project to transform my backyard from Grass and a Deck to a completely reimagined Pool- Outdoor room, Zen Garden with fully integrated hardscapes that weave throughout the property. The project was completed over several years, and on the complexity scale was rather high. What was important for me selecting Gregg was an architect that would listen to my ideas, collaborate, and design something which captured my vision for the project. His ability to listen and take fragmented ideas and pull them into something that can actually be built is second to none. He has a wide range, so can offer up a variety of scenarios such that I could pick what was best for my project from a cost, quality of materials and look. He will protect you from ...why didn't we do X" Gregg is honest, which a good mooring when you start hiring contractors. He responded to every text, email and phone call same day, every time. His work is very precise and accurate. We presented our plan to the planning board, and I later heard from one of the board members that they were thoroughly impressed by his understanding of the zoning laws, and consideration of variances and what should be allowable. He is fair with his billings and the Return on Investment on having a good set of plans was the best money I spent for this project. He is terrific if you have a complex job, but I am also sure he could easily do a basic project. But why do basic, when you can make something beautiful that you can enjoy for years!
