Clarissa is organized, professional, and truly takes pride in her work. She has a strong work ethic, is transparent about what she can and can’t do, and treats everyone with respect. I’m hopeful she stays with us and helps restore our property to its former quality. Our board should trust her expertise and allow her the space to manage the property effectively.

We have owned our property in Hightstown for over 30 years, and Towne and Country started managing our neighborhood in 2015. Since then, they have done an amazing job operationalizing all of our communication through a portal, making their responsiveness to both my tenant and my own inquiries exceptionally fast. It's clear they prioritize customer service. Managing my property from afar is not easy - they make everything easier for me. Our tenants get notified with community updates, we are kept in the loop and can make payments and research any property related topics any time.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Stacey Cole and Christina Allen, and can't emphasize enough how impressed I was with my multiple phone and email conversations with them. HOA goes up services are rubbish....Landscapers broke our window and hte poor property manager (1 women for 300 homes) in society hill isnt in the office and then the stupid operator we call always refers to the phone that no one answers. 323 a month for dogshit service. miss a payment and they charge you properly though. worst hoa ever!!! landscapers broke our window 2 weeks ago AND STILL NO RESOLUTION :

Live in Concord Ridge. Towne and Country is awful. Joanne, the office manager is awful. When I called the emergency number three weeks ago to report that my 2 year old roof had ice INSIDE and I had water dripping from my ceilings, Joanne replied..."but it's not raining"! Snow and ice removal is horrible! None of them.speak English. They come in a school bus, and the men get out and throw salt around! Garbage area's are falling apart. So sorry I moved here!
