I had a very disappointing experience with the staff in the leasing office. One of the representatives was particularly rude and unprofessional. At the time of my move-out, I was dealing with a sensitive situation involving a restraining order, which unfortunately led to some communication challenges.

I contacted the office to clarify that any belongings left in the apartment were not mine and to ensure that I would not be held responsible for them. I was assured that there would be no issue. However, I later discovered this was not the case, and when I followed up, I was told that the information I was previously given was incorrect, very rudely so by the gentleman working there. As a result, I was charged $400 unfairly.

The maintenance manger Jeffrey is awesome very attentive and dedicated to helping the residents at Lakeview Terrace. Jeffrey has helped me so much with my living at Lakeview he has been very reliable and detailed oriented when addressing issues with my apartment not only would he fix the problem at my apartment but he would explain what the issue was how he fixed it and how to maintain the problem so it doesn’t happen again. Very pleased with the maintenance team and maintenance manager Jeffrey.

Been a resident here since 2020. Rent has been raised every year with no improvements to the apartment to justify a 10% increase every year. Multiple equivalent apartments have been vacant for months and are priced less than the increase in the new lease offered. Loyalty is not rewarded and is instead punished. While Jeff, the local maintenance person, is great, the on call staff and the maintenance people for the other locations that come to help him, are not. Cops are called for domestic disturbances on a regular basis. Many residents have 0 respect for others and park in no parking areas for hours, blocking traffic and access. An unrenovated, 60's apartment that has water damage from the upstairs apartment is not worth $2500 a month. Especially when the equivalent apartment in the same complex is $200 less. I'd rather be homeless than give a greedy company like Morgan Properties any more hard earned money.

Also, love how you don't address the greed of your company in raising the rent when an apartment that is equivalent and has been empty since April is less that I am currently paying.

Two replies and neither addressed the complaint about the greed of your management company in raising the rent without making any improvements. This apartment was built in the 60's and does not appear to have been updated except for the "landlord special".

The "repairs" that have been done are never actually completed. See the attached picture of the cabinet that was replaced but the wall was not repaired and the water damage from a flood upstairs that was never addressed but the ticket was closed. Also, the ticket for a window that doesn't stay open and was "waiting on parts" was closed without being fixed.

Adding a picture of the broken exterior door frame from when the upstairs neighbor kicked it in. I was told that management would not pay to have the actual frame fixed and this was the best that could be done.

As far as calling the office to address this, I would rather keep this public for others to see so they know what they are getting in to when looking to rent here.

10/2023 update: I have since moved out to be homeless so as to not continue to fund this company's greed. I would rather live in my car than pay $2500 per month when the apartment upstairs was going for $2300. No loyalty to your existing residents. Oh, and we're still waiting for the pretzel day promised on 7/28/22 and 8/4/22.
Also, most of the "amenities" are not at this location and are over a mile away. Only a dog park that most owners don't clean up after, a slime mold infested outdoor workout area, and a small playground are onsite.

I’ve lived here for 3 yrs and I love it here. The community is nice and quite and also well kept. The maintenance staff is always on point and very courteous you never have to wait long when you need something fixed. And last but least I LOVE LOVE the staff in the office. They are all very nice and friendly. Especially Joe Defolo he is honestly the best guy for that job. He cares about the tenants and their needs. He goes above and beyond to help in every way possible. I can honestly say I wouldn’t be living here still if it wasn’t for Joe! Best Apartment Complex by far!

Jeffrey Perez has been the biggest help on this property. Hes professional, on time, and always follow through with his word. Always has a smile and sees things in a positive way. Hes a professional worker that represents Lakeview very well. This property is blessed to have him as an employee because he really cares about the tenants, and helps keep our enviornment clean and safe.

If you enjoy living where you can hear demostic violence threw paper thin walls then this is the place for you. 2nd set of neighbors that beat on each other and pound on the floors all night you're sleeping well in Lakeview. Don't mind the construction backed up to the apartments that constantly spew dirt all over everything. Rock crusher running all day. Make sure Sunday morning at 8 am your looking out for the maintenance workers on the roof with leaf blowers and the rent is consistently raised with nothing to show for it I'm sure you will respond with I'm not a tenant thank God for that. In response to your response, there was no email blast about the roof cleaning. And you were made aware about the neighbors. The first set was evicted due to them beating on each other
