Erin & her team are incredible to work with!! I have a client who has been preparing to list her vacation home. The home hadn’t been used in a couple years, and we wanted to get it cleaned before photos and showings. I have been looking for a new cleaning person for a few months and had Debbie and Maria from LBI Cleaning today for the first time. What an excellent experience! The cleaning job was outstanding!! One of my main concerns was making sure that no one let out my cats coming in and out, with their supplies and they were so very mindful of that. every area the house was left spotless and I will be using them on a regular basis. Erin, who came out for the original visit, is the owner of the company and was responsive to all questions and correspondence and very accommodating with scheduling as well.

These guys were the absolute best. They were in touch regularly throughout the cleaning to give me updates and ask me questions. They even went so far as to take my wet laundry back to one of their homes to dry it for me when it turned out that my dryer was not working properly. I am so grateful that I got this recommendation and am delighted to pass on my own. They were fantastic.

I have been using LBI cleaning for three years for two different beach rentals. That means that their team has done at least 50 cleanings for me or more. I have found them to be thorough, conscientious, organized, and punctual. I could not run my short term rental business without them. I recommend them highly.
